I've booked two triple bed room in order to accommodate two children under 11 years old and one adult per room with more than a month advance. On the checkin day, I've called the front desk and identify my self and the reservation to make sure it will all right. A couple of hours later I've arrived to checkin and for my surprise there's no triple bed room available!!! Front desk offered four double room instead but how to accommodate two adults and four children there? So the front desk man went up and prepared the supposed triple bedroom. After 40 min waiting, both rooms were ready, however... Not enough towels, damaged bed sheet, and one bed was kind of mobile one very uncomfortable. I don't recommend it, if you have a chance try other options. Don't stay there. Another family (they were a couple) stayed on double room and a lot of problems being reported by them. Very unprofessional and they don't honor the booking done even if you call them to make sure it's all right.
