Achei que seria um bom lugar p passar a noite, deixei reservado e pago. Porém qdo voltei para dormir, me informaram um outro valor para pagar. Achei uma imensa falta de respeito e caráter. Ainda a mulher não deu nenhuma outra opção a não ser pagar oq não estava acordado anteriormente. Não achei outro ligar p ficar, tive que voltar p minha cidade em pleno domingo e peguei um transito imenso. Muito chateada.

Os 3 atendentes da receptação sao impaticos e comunicativos. O hotel tem garagem propria, tem sabonete, toalhas, chuveiro quentinho e toda vez que eu saia de manha para caminhar, quando eu voltava o meu quarto estava arrumado e limpo, parabéns mesmo a camareira merece um aumento. O lugar é tranquilho e acredito que é o melhor hotel da cidade de itai, nenhum outro bate de frente
