Novinho, praticamente um hotel business, num bairro a 2 km do porto da balsa e a um quilômetro da orla do rio e todo o burburinho, talvez o mais tranquilo dos hotéis de Itaituba. O restaurante é similar ao de um Ibis ou de um Sleep Inn. Os quartos são clean, espaçosos e com pé direito alto, têm ótima cama, ar condicionado split, wifi muito bom para os padrões locais. Banheiro também novo e bonito. O café é excelente, vários pães, três sucos regionais e assim por diante, mas demorava um pouco para ser totalmente montado. Único ponto negativo que notei foi o patético chuveiro elétrico - mesmo fazendo 36 graus, a água era fria e a pressão, baixa. As vistas são inexistentes, então é um lugar para dormir sossegado, não para admirar o rio ou curtir o "agito" do centro, que anda tenso e evitável. Hóspedes era na maioria corporativo, o pessoal de uniforme camisa polo. Voltaria aqui com prazer, mas recomendado para quem tem carro.
