The Ibis Itatiba is a good Hotel. We like the cleanness of the room, the bathroom, the local area and the parking. Besides a good price too.

Un buon hotel dove ho passato un paio di notti. Si trova vicino ad un centro commerciale. Camera non molto spaziosa ma accettabile.

Standard Apartment with 1 Double Bed and 1 Bed for A Child

Very good structure, rooms larger than the rooms of most other Ibis in which we host. The Ibis hosting standard is followed, except for breakfast, which was below the average quality of the products and why there were missing items in the buffet at 9:00, and the coffee would be available until 10:00. When we went to the buffet, there were no eggs moving and the coffee machine was out of work. 

The hotel is very good, clean and close to the places for those who come to work. Itatiba Mall is in front and has several restaurants, besides cinema. The attendants are very lovely and gentle. Special thanks to Alex, Fernando and Elen. Thanks!

I stayed in Ibis Itatiba at the weekend of 25/02 because I would have a wedding in Morungaba, in Terra de Clara. We spent the night from 25 to 26 and finally forgot my husband's shoe in room 571. We contact the hotel via the phone but offers no alternative to return to Itatiba (we live in SP capital) to get the shoe. They were not at least flexible to make it available to post, send some Ibis in SP that we could search, they gave us no alternative.
