Hotel Fazenda Dona Carolina

Excelente fim de semana, perto de SP, comida simples e bem feita. Não tem aquela fartura/desperdício de um resort all inclusive, que muitas vezes me incomoda, mas tem variedade e qualidade. Tive a impressão de que os outros hóspedes já estavam habituados ao local ou já haviam estado lá. A Fazenda é enorme e as pessoas não ficam amontoadas, nem mesmo nas refeições. Fiz uma massagem relaxante maravilhosa no SPA. Atendimento excelente de todo staff, e ainda ganhei um bolo divino de aniversário.

Hotel muito bem mantido, comida farta e gostosa, quartos bem arrumados e espaçosos, áreas extenas bonitas..... Tem muita história em todos os cantos... no casarão, nas plantações de café, nos terreiros, nas piscinas.... Fora que é relaxante

Um lugar espetacular, bem cuidado, que transmite paz absoluta. Fomos três vezes nesse paraíso e pretendemos voltar com toda a certeza. Lugar maravilhoso com diversas atividades. Os restaurantes são ótimos, com menu impecável. O atendimento oferecido por todos os funcionários envolvidos é muito profissional e acolhedor.

Wonderful place to rest, relax and enjoy moments in nature. Very polite and attentive staff. Spacious and very clean room. Breakfast is excellent, with many options. The restaurant is very good and the food is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

The whole set is very good!!! Structure, service, meals and accommodation are delicious!!! Starting with breakfast, complete in a super pleasant environment!!! The swimming pool with the bar next door facilitates all service. Congratulations to the entire Dona Carolina team!!!

We loved the carnival period we spent at the hotel. Choose the rooms with a view of the lake, the breakfast floor is better for the rooms further away, prefer the one that is not next to the service access. Breakfast very well served, catering to vegetarians and vegans. The pool area needs better daily maintenance such as washing the chairs, tables and floor, as well as more staff to assist at busy times. Lunch and dinner are served in another location, but all close to the reception. People with mobility difficulties need help to get around as access to the restaurant is via stairs and stone floors. The recreation for my children's ages of 12 and 13 left something to be desired in terms of integration and activities, entertainers did not interact to the point that they felt attracted to staying at the recreation. The Carnival party was really cool, with live music. Every night in the piano bar there is live music. In the afternoon there is coffee served in another room. The place in general is very well maintained and clean. It has a refrigerator, microwave, fruit, for mothers with babies and children in the building where the rooms are located. The room is spacious, our bathroom was leaking, but nothing that interfered with our stay.

I'm in love with this hotel! Close to SP! It has valet parking! Excellent staff, kind and polite! Mr. Adriano at the piano bar is a sweet person, as is Marcelo who served our afternoon teas! Mateus and Stephany at reception, very good! Mr Caio, the manager, was very attentive to our needs. Request rooms that are far from breakfast due to noise. Excellent breakfast. Tailor-made lunch and dinner with an option for vegans. The cachaçaria is still beautiful and don't miss the tour with Mr. Carlinhos! Points for improvement: the gym is dark, discouraging, it looks like a cave, an attic but Caio said they have a renovation on the radar. The afternoon coffee at the cachaçaria is nice but the games room is terrible with old, worn out chairs that look like they were left there! Horrible. The sofa in the cachaçaria looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. Plan the cleaning of the pool better so that it is not closed for half a day, preventing it from being used in heat of 35 degrees. Don't forget to visit the farm!

Beautiful memories We traveled with a 4 year old child and a 5 month old baby and we really liked Dona Carolina. Beautiful and clean hotel, impeccable room, delicious cuisine, super attentive service, fun little club (the oldest one joined when he liked the game, he didn't stay the whole time but he really enjoyed it). The only points of attention: poor accessibility for using a stroller, impaired movement during heavy rain and the playroom could be improved (it has a lot of space and gives the impression that it was poorly finished).

Family a**osphere, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Trained and very friendly staff. Restaurants with accommodation that allows for good conversation, quality food and concern for Guests who have dietary restrictions.
