First of all I would like to thank the airport team and yacht team for taking special care of us! On our arrival we were very tired and jet lagging, 2nd day we enjoyed our breakfast at tasting table, amazing choices amazing staff, special thanks to Hashem and Diyor for their special attention to details and explanations about the restaurants in the resort and invited us to try the arabic restaurant yasmine, but there are too many managers and people in breakfast that keep asking about satisfaction, this should be more organized so people are not bothered in the morning. Our conceirge chaimea was more than helpful with everything! We dined in the ledge, thank you franci for your great service. The real deal was Yasmine restaurant, it was our first time eating arabic food. First thanks to sophie that escorted us and chose the best seat for us. And a big special thanks to the manager Hashem he is from libanon, very pleasant & professional character we let him choose our food since it was our first time, and his choice was more than perfect. We loved the food and the service special thanks to chef karim as well as amjad. Nava was okay, a bit of delay but It is okay these folks going around under the sun we understand how frustrating that could be, but food is amazing. Last but not least, thanks for everything. Big applause for Chaimea, Hashem, Amjad.
