I always stay here when I visit ithaca. It's the best price and you get breakfast. The staff is always friendly.

It’s horrible, it’s the worst I’ve ever lived in. The bathtub in the bathroom is blocked, the water keeps coming out during the bath, I can’t take a bath at all, it’s not clean and the table lamp is dusty, and the pillows are too small and simple. If it doesn't work, the air-conditioning in the room is too low to sleep all night, if it weren't for taking the kids to Cornell University to start school, I wouldn't live in this hotel, because it is not a tourist attraction, because there is a well-known university Cornell here! The check-in experience this time was really terrible, and the breakfast was also very rudimentary, probably because of the epidemic! And this price is almost a five-star price, but in fact it only feels like a two-star!

Old dirty hotel. Room had wet/musty smell. Floors were dirty. I had to use wipes to clean floor of dirt, hair and food crumbs from prior visitors. Seems like they don't vacuum or sweep floors. Glad i was alone and not w my family. To say the least, i will not be staying herevagain.

I stayed here for several days for business purposes because of its convenient location. The property is in need of updating, which I normally would not mind. However, my room had a musty odor and a residual smell of cigarettes (despite a non-smoking sign). Breakfast included options that you would find in a continental breakfast. Front desk service was okay.
