市中心的位置，離步行街不遠。購物吃飯都很方便。但是房間離前台較遠，拖着行李箱走很多路。停車場入口設計有點奇葩。

伊薩卡飯店的旺季大概衹有學校開學的生意吧，這次因為帶小孩來入學，才選擇住這個酒店！看得出來因為疫情沒有什麼生意，感覺房間黴味很重，而且桌上 、枱燈，以及很多角落 灰塵還蠻厚的，床單也有黴味！ 沒辦法，伊薩卡的酒店本來選擇就不多！ 而且價位很貴 感覺被剁肉了！

Perfect location to tour Ithaca college, walkable to great down town area and restaurants. Wait staff at hotel restaurant was very helpful and kind. Our room had no soap, no shampoo and a half used bottle on conditioner which was off putting. When I called the front desk asking for soap she reported a lack of soap in the building and seemed reluctant to give us any! I persisted and she brought up a small cake of soap! Strange.

It was a beautiful hotel. The Brown Wrestling team was above us and quite stompy for a while but overall was a good stay and a great location!

Easy access to the commons and Cornell Campus. Easy and hassle free in/out parking.
This is my second stay and I would love 24/7 lobby coffee service. I checked in @ 2pm. Not sure if it's a 24/7 complimentary service but the dispensers were on the side counter and the coffee was cold. Appropriate signage would be helpful.

Property was typical downtown area but nice. Staff were friendly and professional. Building seemed clean, the room was mostly clean but there was dirt in the corners and underneath the furniture. Overall it was still a good experience.

The Hotel Ithaca is a nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. The staff is courteous. My only complaint was that the hairdryer in the room did not work, but I didn't bother to get a replacement. I did inform the desk clerk, so hopefully they replace it for that room.
After enjoying free breakfasts at other hotel options, I was disappointed that there was no free breakfast at the Hotel Ithaca. There is free coffee. They have a nice ($$) restaurant inside for your inconvenience, and room service, if you wish.
The location is great for visits to the State Theatre, and the area is walkable, but like most downtown areas in terms of safety and cleanliness.
