Super boutique hotel, magnifique vue, très bon restaurant. C'était hors saison, l'hotel était pratiquement vide. Franchement une très belle expérience et un personnel super. Un peu loin d'Athènes mais jolie région avec plein d'endroits pour se ballader.

We stayed for three nights at the tail end of a trip around the Pelopennese. Everything was great. The bay it overlooks is beautiful. The room was clean and well put together. And the pool/bar/food scenes are all very good and no problems at all (not spectacular, but all well done). Finally, the staff were really approachable and had some excellent ideas on places to go in Mani that weren't showing up in my guide book and google searches.
I have no hesitation recommending people go here.

A superb place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Mani. Excellent facilities and outstanding sea views. Just a short drive from Limeni, Areopoli and Diros Caves. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Hôtel magnifiquement situé, surplombant la mer et face au petit village de Limeni. Piscine à débordement très sympathique avec chaises longues, parasols et bar proche. Présents lors d’une vague de chaleur, nous avons par contre regretté le peu de possibilités d’avoir un coin d’ombre (parasols tressés lâchement laissant passer une partie des rayons solaires). Chambre jolie et propre avec murs en pierre. Terrasse très agréable avec la chambre exécutive. Mets du restaurants au soir de bonne qualité. Pour le petit-déjeuner, Covid oblige, pas de buffet mais il faut passer commande avant 21h pour le lendemain. Ce dernier est de bonne qualité. Malheureusement le service est en demi-teinte. Le personnel féminin est très compétent, souriant et serviable. A notre arrivée, nous avons reçu toute les informations et avons étés conduits à notre chambre. Quant au personnel masculin qui s’occupe surtout du service au bar/piscine ou au restaurant, le service est lent, moins professionnel, peu pro-actif et moins sympathique. Ils ne viennent par exemple pas servir spontanément de l’eau fraîche au bord de la piscine (sauf le jour de notre arrivée) ou demander si l’on veut commander un produit (au passage pas très commerçant). Spa non testé. En résumé, très bon hôtel permettant de se ressourcer avec un excellent potentiel, qui pourrait être excellent avec quelques ajustements.

Wonderful location with breathtaking views - especially from the infinity edged pool. Nice and clean rooms that unfortunately start to get filthy and old - as the complete hotel does. Only half of the outdoor area is used, the other half is full of dried and dying plants and un-used tables and chairs that are slowly rotting. There were no coffees included in the breakfast and one cappuccino costs 5 Euros. A very unpleasant surprise as you pay far less everywhere else on Peloponnese! Drinks and cocktails were also very expensive and in no relation to the prices in the places in Aereopolis. We felt sorry for Petra & Fos which probably used to be a really nice place but now feels like a mismanaged not very welcoming hotel.

Επισκεφθήκαμε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο για 5η συνεχόμενη χρονιά. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια , συνδυάζει παράδοση,κομψότητα,αυθεντική μανιάτικη φιλοξενία και φινέτσα όπως η ιδιοκτήτρια του η Πέγκυ όπου τα λόγια είναι περιττά αν δεν την γνωρίσεις, ένας άνθρωπος με Α κεφαλαίο και σωστή φιλοσοφία. Η διάταξη του ξενοδοχείου έχει απίστευτη συμμετρία, η πισίνα φοβερή θέα απλά τα σπάει, τα δωμάτια μέσα στην πέτρα ακόμα και το μπάνιο πέτρινο με σωστά προίοντα. Το πρωινό σούπερ, ψάχνω να βρω τι του λείπει αλλά δεν βρίσκω ακόμα!!! Τέλος, η κυρία Λίτσα με την κυρία Δέσποινα απίστευτα εξυπηρετικές και χαμογελαστές.

The rooms were great! The reception staff and welcome was very nice.
The restaurant was disappointing .
The biggest let down was that this hotel should not be called hotel&spa but just hotel.
As we did not visit during high summer season but Easter period there were no spa/massage treatments available. So basically the spa is not in operation ( shame as this was one of the main reason we visited) this should be mentioned on the web site !
Also there was construction that started at 8am and did not finish till 19:00!!! So not much chance to enjoy the outdoor area infront of our room or the property!
Finally good breakfast with amazing selections of home made jams BUT no Croissnts to enjoy them with!

Our stay at the "Petra kai Fos" hotel was unique! Wonderful place, our room was very beautiful, modern keeping the traditional stone of Mani, very clean with all the comforts and a magical view of the Laconian gulf from our balcony! The breakfast provided everything one needs, options for all tastes! The pool has a unique view that takes your breath away! Everything you need to enjoy the wonderful cocktails they make at the bar and that's it you're staring at the sunset! Not to forget to say how kind and welcoming all the staff were, especially Mairi (the girl at the reception) who welcomed us warmly and showed us around all the places and was always there for any detail and information we needed throughout the days! We were thrilled, we will be back soon because you won a place in our hearts! see you soon😀

Τέλειο μέρος για χαλάρωση. Φανταστική θέα! Κυριολεκτικά πέτρα και φώς! Όλες οι εγκαταστάσεις και οι υπηρεσίες ήταν υψηλού επιπέδου. Το προσωπικό επαγγελματίες και ευγενικοί όλοι!
