Very satisfied. The hotel offers free shuttle service, and the owner is very kind and thoughtful. The facilities are comprehensive and available for use at any time! Plus, the bus stop for Mount Omuro is right at the hotel entrance, which is super convenient.

The environment is great, and the rooms are clean. It was a pleasant surprise to find a suite for 4 people in Japan with two separate bathrooms.

The Sakurazaka branch is nestled in the tranquil villa resort area of Izu Kogen, a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city centers. It feels more like a place where you can temporarily step away from your daily routine. Mornings are greeted with the cool mountain air and birdsong, while afternoons bring sunlight filtering through the trees and a slow passage of time. In spring, you can watch cherry blossoms drift in the breeze, and in summer, listen to cicadas echoing along the forest paths. Scattered along the way are charming shops, cafes, and gardens with a distinct Showa-era charm, flanked by quietly growing flowers and trees. People come here not for the sake of 'checking off a list,' but to briefly step away from the city's pace, put down their phones and work, and let time slow down amidst hot springs, nature, and tranquility. The charm of Izu Kogen isn't in its grandeur, but in its preservation of a sense of life that is increasingly rare today. It's perfect for zoning out, taking a leisurely stroll, reading, or soaking in the hot springs, and also ideal for spending a few quiet days with someone special. This is my most genuine feeling.

The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 7-8 minute drive from Izu-Kogen Station, and it's a fairly typical villa-style hotel. It has three floors in total: two above ground and one below. It seems like it recently reopened after some partial adjustments and renovations. Overall, the cleanliness is good, though there were a few spots on the walls and floors that weren't perfectly clean. The drain in the women's hot spring bath wasn't draining very well, which I hope they can improve, but the hot spring water itself was excellent. In terms of service, I especially appreciate the hotel's shuttle service; it's really convenient for guests. The room has a kettle, which is very handy for Chinese guests, and some delicious tea. The service was very thoughtful. It would be even better if they could offer dining services in the future. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened and the facilities are quite comprehensive. There's a free hot spring and shuttle service (just call the number on Ctrip). Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good. No mosquitoes or bugs, so it's quite comfortable to stay here. Service: The grandpa and uncle provided excellent service. They're Chinese and very welcoming. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

I've stayed here multiple times now, and it keeps getting more convenient. The hot springs are great! The bathing facilities are also very handy. The shuttle service is prompt, and the driver is very helpful!

The environment is great, and it was nice and cool when we stayed in late May, so we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. The front desk staff were very welcoming.

The room only had a toilet (no separate shower), and even though it was a TOTO washlet, the toilet bowl had yellow limescale that hadn't been cleaned, making it seem like the entire toilet hadn't been serviced. Perhaps because there were no guests, the hotel was unattended at night, with no service available. It's about 2km from the nearest mall, so if you don't have a car, getting around at night would be difficult. It's located at the very top of Sakurazaka (Cherry Blossom Hill), so if you're there during cherry blossom season, you'd step right out onto a cherry blossom avenue, which would probably be stunning.

Located in a quiet villa area, it's about a 1300 JPY taxi ride from Izu Kogen. I didn't check the bus schedule, but I imagine there aren't many services, so it's more suitable for those traveling by car. The room I booked with a shower was quite convenient and spacious. However, as it's in a mountainous, forested area, you might occasionally encounter small insects.
