日式房間很大，乾淨整潔，客廳和卧室分開，通過客廳看窗外的山景很美，游泳池是恆温的，還有温泉可以泡湯，酒店的早餐和晚餐是日式的很精緻，好吃，酒店離伊東火車站步行10分鐘十分方便。離海邊步行20分鐘

首先為攜程的高效服務點贊 酒店沒有伊東站接送服務 拉着行李箱的話建議打車50元左右 在居民區裏 附近沒有景點也看不到海景 衹有一個庭園景色一般疏於打理 二點到的門口沒有接待 二點半開始辦入住 這個酒店寫的是三點入住 一個人入住 先安排給我的房間我大為驚詫 住過十個界了 房間從來都有景觀 這間完全沒有 整個客廳和卧室衹有個半截窗 因為沒景糊起來的 我立即下樓跟酒店換房説和訂單不符 酒店説沒辦法 立刻聯繫攜程 非常給力 馬上客服直接電話日語和酒店溝通 當天有團隊應該是滿房我都不報希望了 攜程小哥搞定 換了一間是大窗户的 景依然一般 但我很滿意了 這間房間很大 户型一般還有個奇怪的不能拉開的日式移門 讓人產生不好的聯想 服務和餐飲包括在地樂 這家是界的平均水平偏低一點 冰箱裏衹有兩瓶散裝水免費 其他的收費 趕不上我上次住的星野界遠州 伊東界的特色是親子友好 有個游泳池 檜木泡池 其他體驗非常一般 像這種半截窗户完全沒景的房間大概有十多間 住這樣的房間就完全沒有意義了 攜程上顯示的有景觀的房間很少 很難安排到 星野界在伊東還有個店叫按針 快捷酒店一樣 但有海景 總之伊東的兩個界都一般 以前經常訂界 上次就失望的多 這次衹訂了一間 體驗很一般 我剛從一線海景稻取便宜酒店的房間過來 感受尤其強調 海景是稻取

When I arrive at the front door of the hotel, there is no guidance and we have to carry out heavy luggage to walk up the stairs. Meanwhile, no staff helps us at all. After that, there is no staff to greet us when we go inside the lobby of the hotel. Being a superior hotel, I don’t expect that we need to stand in front of the check in counter during check in. After several minutes, we finally being assigned to sit for the check in process. As it’s pricy of this hotel, there are many many choices with excellent service and food if you pay such amount or even cheaper.

I had the most enjoyable stay at Hoshino Resort 'KAI' compared to any other hotel in Japan I've stayed at before. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, and both the interior of the building and our room were impeccably clean, making our stay very pleasant. During our stay, there was an event at the pool. The children got to ride boats, and at the poolside, they enjoyed activities like goldfish scooping, water guns, and creating bubbles . The staff made sure we had a ton of fun. Seeing the joy in my child's face made it a wonderful summer memory for us.
