改装中のため廊下などは養生されていてみれませんでしたがロビーは素晴らしく露店風呂は伊豆の海がながめられて最高でした。メインダイニングも改装中だったのが残念です。改装後にまたお邪魔したいです。

酒店很老，1928年建設，距今100年歷史了。房間也一般，但風景非常好，酒店温泉也非常非常棒。球場是我目前見到最漂亮的球場。值得再去。

ゴルフ場を造り、その後宿泊施設として作られたホテル。 さすがクラシカルホテル、建物・食事・施設・従業員そして景観、全てが心地よく洗練されています。 南欧風の赤いスペイン瓦の使われた屋根がリゾート感たっぷり。 内装も重厚で歴史を感じられます。 部屋も綺麗でした。 夕食は洋食をチョイス。 手の込んだ、どれも美味しい料理でした。 ソースが美味しくて、パンを沢山食べてしまいました。 朝食も咲き始めた河津桜を眺めながら美味しく頂きました。 展望塔があり、遠く富士山や海の向こうに伊豆大島が眺められます。 温泉からの朝日と伊豆大島も素晴らしかった。 どれも思い出に残る体験が出来ました。 次はゴルフをプレイしたいと思います！

ゴルフの前日に宿泊した。ベルやフロントマンは丁寧な対応。チェックインの際に翌朝の朝食時間がゴルフスタート時刻に合わせて決められる。 部屋はオーシャンビューツインを１人で使用した。冷蔵庫の飲み物は無料で良かった、瓶ビールやお水とお茶のペットボトルがあった。ネスプレッソコーヒーもあって海を眺めながらコーヒーを飲んで寛いだ。 バスルームは、一昔前のような、浴槽、トイレ、洗面台があるバスルームだった。但しFRPユニットではなく、洗面台は2ボウルの広いカウンター、歯ブラシや髭剃りは川奈のマーク入りの箱に入っており、他のプリンスホテルと一線を画している。アメニティ類は他のプリンスホテルにあるポーラのミニボトルだった。 フロント前のロビーは、クラシックな内装で、暖炉やヨーロッパにある高い窓に重厚なカーテンがかけられ、シャンデリアがあり、素晴らしい。2月の平日だからか、がらーんとして寂しい雰囲気だったのは残念だった。 温泉棟は新しく、部屋の使い捨てスリッパとルームウェアで行けるのは良い。内風呂、露天風呂、サウナがあり、海が望め、現代風な内装で気持ちよかった。 朝食は和食と洋食を選ぶ。洋食のオムレツはホテルの焼き印が押されていて、楽しい。ウェイトレスさんも、てきぱきとして、親切だった。 ゴルフは、一旦チェックアウトし、荷物を持って、別棟に移動する。階段もあり、荷物を持って移動するのが面倒だった。別棟のゴルフフロントでチェックインして、ゴルフ用ロッカーに荷物を入れる。プレー後はゴルフ棟のお風呂に入るのだが、ゴルフ棟は老朽化しており、ホテルの温泉棟に行きたかった。 スタッフのサービスもよく、快適に過ごせたが、宮ノ下の富士屋ホテルのように、もう少しリファインすると更に良いホテルになると思う。

今は付属のゴルフ場が有名ですが、大倉財閥の大倉喜八郎氏が小室山から見える範囲の土地を購入して英国風の牧場付き別荘として建てられたホテルだそうです。前後には進駐軍に接収されて、新婚旅行で来日したマリリン・モンローとジョー・ディマジオも宿泊したそうです。玄関、ロビー、ダイニング、バーなどは国の有形文化財に指定されているそうで、予約しておけばチェックアウト時間を過ぎた朝11時頃から館内案内をしてもらえます。海側の部屋に宿泊したので伊豆大島がよく見えて、夕方なは西日に照らされた三原山の細かいところまで良く見えました。ホテルのランドマークのような塔の展望台からは富士山も見えました。相模湾から上る朝日を温泉の露天風呂に浸かって見るのも最高でした。2つのゴルフコースの間はゴルフをしなくても散策にはよく、折しも早咲きの桜、特に満開の寒桜は見頃でした。ゴルフをしなくても楽しめるクラシックホテルです。

Hard建物とSoftサービスが、素晴らしいホテル&ゴルフリゾートです。西洋文化を取り入れていた当時の雰囲気が、そのまま体験しながら、現代の便利な設備もちょっぴり加わって窓からは、一面良く手入れが、行き届いた芝と伊豆半島から相模湾が、望む事ができる。

Comfortable hotel tho a bit dated. Good room .Beautiful scenery. Golf was well organized. Oshima course a little tricky - blind shots. In good condition. Did not play the Fuji course. The outdoor swimming pools were good but no drinks or food served. There was billiards and table tennis. The restaurants were expensive. Reservations were needed even for breakfast. If you want to eat elsewhere you can go to Kawana or Ito in a taxi.

サービスも料理も立地もとても素敵なホテルでした。その点では最高です。 でも海側の部屋に泊まったのですが、快晴で日差しがまともにあたり部屋が暑くなります。なぜかエアコンが全く利かない！ 28℃になったので、エアコンを最強で21℃設定にしましたが利きませんでした。エアコンの調整はぜひお願いしたいです。
