The onsen inn is about 15 minutes walk from the JR train station. About 4 to 6 rooms in each building. Set in a pretty wooded area connected by paths and steps. Not so suitable for wheelchair. About 6 private hot spring bath huts that can fit 2 to 4 persons each. Good dinner and breakfast.

It was fantastic to go out to "no where" and relax after a busy stay in Tokyo. The train ride is quite long but the hotel is a short walk from the train station. All the different pools were fantastic and the rooms were really nice. Sleeping on the floor adds to the genuine experience but I prefer a softer bed. We got dinner and breakfast included. They were well prepared but a bit too interesting for the teenagers.

The hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended. There are seven hot springs, all of which can be closed and soaked by yourself. There are not many guests staying, so you basically don't have to wait. Because the ecology is very good on the mountain, there are many insects outside, but there are basically no insects in the room. The breakfast, dinner and service are very good, giving people a homely feeling! I will book this hotel again when I go to Izu next time. The only regret is that the house is quite old and there is an old house smell in the house. I hope it can be improved. The mattress feels unhygienic, which may also be a feature.

The hotel is not far from Izu Kogen Station (15 minutes walk). The Totoro & Teddy Bear Exhibition is right at the door. The dinner at the hotel is very delicious, and the chef tried to preserve the original taste of the food as much as possible. The room is large and quiet. It is not far from the coastline. If I have the opportunity to come to Izu Kogen again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

We really enjoyed this ryokan. Cozy rooms in Japanese style, delicious gourmet food, excellent service. From the window there is a view of the garden or forest where the birds are singing. Lots of private onsens.

A very pleasant experience staying in a Japanese hotel. The hotel is less than one kilometer away from Izu-Kogen Station, but it is still inconvenient to walk with your suitcase. It is recommended to take a taxi outside the train station. The starting price is 680 yen. From the moment you enter the hotel, you can feel the meticulous, thoughtful and enthusiastic service attitude. Dinner was kaiseki cuisine, the process was very formal, but it was not that delicious. The room has Japanese-style tatami mats, and service staff will enter the room to lay the tatami mats during dinner. There is a forest on both sides of the room, and the heating is very good at night. It is very comfortable to drink tea while listening to the whistling wind outside. There are 7 private hot springs in the hotel. We soaked in 4 of them and were very satisfied. In terms of cost performance, it is already very high. The price of nearly 3,000 yuan is not cheap, but it is kaiseki cuisine, 7 private soups, and meticulous service. It is much more cost-effective than domestic hotels. In the morning, you can walk to the seaside cliffs and suspension bridge near the hotel. The scenery is great.

Very good, nothing to complain about, quiet environment, perfect service, delicious food, because when I checked in, there were few people in the whole hotel, all the private hot springs were super cool, the only problem is the way to the hotel, just a few hundred meters is very difficult to walk, if you can take a taxi, it is best to take a taxi, don't challenge it easily dragging the luggage to walk. Also, the location of the hotel is basically a village, the only supermarket is next to the station and sells very few things, if you want to consider convenience, this place is not suitable.
