Excellent service but food was just ok

The front desk clerk was very indifferent. When I asked him about the location of the bathhouse, he told me to read the directions myself. It was the first time this happened to me in Japan. If I hadn't gone to Omuroyama, I don't think I would have gone to Ito. It was nothing special.

We booked a one-night-and-two-dinner package. The food at dinner was delicious and the service from the restaurant staff was also very good.
