酒店服務ok,但自助晚餐食物一般，魚生等都不算新鮮，牛扒也是普通**，而且有很多食物參不多沒有都不會添加，甜品不多，整體來講算不合格。

何年か前、日帰り入浴で訪ねに行った際は、帰りの電車の時刻に間に合わせるために、わずかな時間しか過ごせず、不本意な思いを強いられたが、今回は、時間も十分あり、ゆっくりと過ごすことが出来た。サウナの前に水風呂がなく、柄杓で水を被るための小さい容器が置かれているだけである点はやや物足りないものの、大きな落ち度とまでは言えない。 実は、ここを訪ねた前日、駅近くのホテルでチェックインを行った後､「ホテルニュー岡部」を日帰り入浴で訪ねに行ったところ、フロントで、客を客とも思わぬ、無礼かつ乱暴極まりない応対を受け、怒りと屈辱感に胸が張り裂けそうになったが、ここでゆったり過ごすうちに、そんなこともどうでもいいと思えるほどに気持ちが癒やされた。

食事は美味しいけど、 スタッフの指導がなっていなく不愉快な気持ちになるので他のホテルの方がお金払う価値あるとと思います。 下記をホテルのアンケートに書きました。 1、階段が多すぎて、ベビーカーを使用したり スーツケースの使用ができない所が多すぎる。 2、とにかく、スタッフの指導がなっていない。 ①フロントの人 ベビーバスがどこの、お風呂にあるか把握していない。 かけ流しげんせんの湯にだけベビーバスがありますと言われ、 一応、大浴場の方を自分で確認したら ありましたけど？ 客に適当な情報をあたえる。 ありえません。 ②内線通話を客より先に切るってどうなってんの？ ③当日 ビュッフェから和会席料理に変更はできないですよね？ の問いに対し 『大変恐縮ですが、無理です。』 この言葉の使い方、接客業ではないでしょ？ ④夜売店の担当してた、野津って人の対応が 本当有り得なかったわ。 年寄りに対しての対応が雑すぎる 相手が何を望んでいるのか、話を聞いて、提案をしなさいよ。 別に混んでいた訳でもないのに… まだ若い子の方が対応しっかりしてるわ。 とまぁーこんだけ高いお金を出した価値が 全くありませんでした。 家族5人で1万そこらで泊まれる浦安のホテルの方がよっぽど良い対応です。 こちらは、二度と利用はしないですね。 一度、スタッフを、再指導した方がよろしいのでは？

まだおむつが取れていない子どもと初めての家族旅行に、露天風呂付きのお部屋を利用させていただきました。 古い建物だというのは知っていましたが、しっかり掃除が行き届いていて気持ちよく、なによりスタッフ皆さんがとても親切なので大満足の旅行になりました！ バイキングもめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。うちの子は偏食期なのでもう少し子供向けメニューが多いとありがたいですが、普通に食べられる子であれば気にならないレベルです（笑） 売店の女性スタッフが、入れ替えの同僚の女性にパワハラまがいな説教を延々としてプリプリ怒って帰っていったことだけが残念でした。他のお客さんもかなり気まずそうにしていました。こちらも普段の忙しない生活やイライラする出来事から逃げて非日常に飛び込み、ゆったりとした時間を楽しんでいる最中なのでとても不愉快です。せめてお客さんに見えない場所、聞こえないボリュームでお願いしたいです。

長男小6と長女小4の二人とも、楽しく過ごせました。 特に長女はプールと温泉を楽しみにしており、プールはサイズは子供向けですが、ホテル敷地内にあるので便利でした。温泉の営業時間も長いので、プール後に温泉で温まるのも良いかも知れません。温泉はシャンプーバーとして多数のシャンプーから自分の好みのものを選べるのも、これは妻娘ともお気に入りで良かったです。 食事は朝夕食ともバイキングでしたが、全体としては良かったです。 特に、夕食は魚の串揚げとお寿司、朝食は鯵の干物とマゴ茶漬けなど、やはり海鮮ものを美味しくいただけました。デザート類も美味しく、家族皆満腹でした。 最後に書きますが、一番素晴らしかったのは接客です。スタッフの皆さん笑顔で、スムーズな応対を心がけていました。コロナ禍、宿泊業は厳しいとは思いますが、このように素晴らしい接客を受けると、また宿泊したくなりますね！

チェックインの際にかなり前にリクエストしていたお願いが全く考慮されていなかった。さらに条件に合う部屋が空いているのにこちらから指摘するまで案内されず大変不快でした。また、へやのウオッシュレットのリモコンは電池切れ、共用部のトイレでは、ぺーバー切れでさらに操作部が汚く軽く拭いただけで黒くなる始末でした。 部屋に行くのも温泉に行くのも階段があり、足が不自由な人がたいへん苦労されていましたが、ホテルの人はお構い無し。 再訪はないですね。

部屋もきれいで申し分なし。ですが、ちょっと施設が古いかな？ 部屋のドアロックが未だに普通の鍵だった。温泉のホテルってこんなもんですかね？ 夕食、朝食共にバイキング式だったが料理の種類と質がいい！キンメダイのしゃぶしゃぶがおいしかった！食いしん坊の私としては大満足でした。

建物自体は古いですが、リフォームされていて内部は全体的に綺麗です。 従業員の方たちはとても親切で、ラウンジではソフトドリンクが無料でいただけます。 お風呂は2箇所あり、温泉の温度もちょうど良く気持ちがいいです。 食事も美味しく種類も豊富です。 全体的に満足できる旅館だと思います！
