The hotel service is OK, but the food at the buffet dinner is average, the fish and sashimi are not fresh, the steak is average**, and there are many foods that are not added and there are not many desserts. Overall, it is not up to standard.

リニューアル中で一部プレオープンしたので行ってきました。本館は初めてでしたが、海を見渡せる洋室、ベットのある寝室とテレビのあるリビングは分かれており、カウチソファベットは快適。全て新しくなり（内装のニオイは少し残っていましたが）、レースカーテンがブルー、カーペットも波打ち際を連想させるブルーとブラウンで素敵。お風呂は工事中で一部しか使えませんでしたが、本館とガーデンテラス棟の厳選の違うお風呂には入れたので満足。食事をするレストランもオープンキッチンが広くなり、夕食も朝食も新鮮な食材をふんだんに使った和洋中がたくさん。一泊では食べきれないほど。ただし夕食、席予約なのに「自由にどうぞ」と。以前のように見渡せる会場なら選べますが、衝立に隠れていたり、左右に場所が分かれているのをどうやって探せば？と。ここは改善して欲しいです。所謂お温泉宿にある、部屋のお茶菓子も無く、お土産に何を買おうかと迷い、結局以前買って味を知っているものに。ギフトショップは開いている時間以外、飲み物を買う自販機が2階の大浴場前にしかないので、持ち込みになってしまう。

A hotel in Urayasu where a family of five can stay for about 10,000 is a much better deal. I will never use this again. Wouldn't it be better to retrain the staff once?

We used a room with an open-air bath for our first family trip with a child who was still in diapers. I knew it was an old building, but it was very clean and comfortable. Biking was also a lot of fun. My child has an unbalanced diet, so it would be nice if there were more children's menus, but if the child can eat normally, it won't bother him (laughs). It was a pity that I went home angry endlessly. Other customers were also quite uncomfortable. This is also very unpleasant because I am in the middle of enjoying a relaxing time by escaping from my busy life and frustrating events and jumping into the extraordinary. At the very least, I'd like to ask you to play at a place where the audience can't see and at a volume where they can't hear you.

Both my eldest son, 6th grade, and my eldest daughter, 4th grade, had a great time. Especially my eldest daughter was looking forward to the pool and hot springs. The hot springs are open for a long time, so it might be nice to warm up in the hot springs after swimming. The hot spring is a shampoo bar where you can choose your favorite shampoo from many shampoos, which was a favorite with my wife and daughter. The food was buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but overall it was good. In particular, the seafood was delicious, such as fried fish skewers and sushi for dinner, and dried mackerel and mago chazuke for breakfast. Desserts were delicious and the whole family was full. Last but not least, the most wonderful thing was the customer service. All the staff members were smiling and trying to respond smoothly. I think that the accommodation industry is tough due to the corona crisis, but when you receive such wonderful customer service, you will want to stay again!

The variety of meals was good, and the view from the room was on a hill, overlooking the sea and the downtown area. Above all, it is precious to have a free-flowing hot spring.

When I checked in, my request that I had made long ago was not taken into consideration at all. Furthermore, even though a room that met my requirements was available, I was not shown it until I pointed it out, which was very unpleasant. Also, the remote control for the washlet in the room was dead, and the toilet in the common area was out of paper and the operating part was dirty and turned black with just a light wipe. There were stairs to get to the room and to the hot spring, which made it very difficult for people with disabilities, but the hotel staff didn't care. I won't be returning.

The room was clean and perfect. However, the facilities are a bit old. The door lock in the room was still a normal lock. Is this what hot spring hotels are like? Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style, but the variety and quality of the food was good! The alfonsino shabu-shabu was delicious! As a foodie, I was very satisfied.
