到着するとロビーで疲れを癒やすためのアルコールとソフトドリンクにアイスクリームなどウエルカムサービスが嬉しい。 夕食までにひとっ風呂浴びて疲れを取る。夕食はバッフェスタイルでズワイガニをはじめとして飲み放題食べ放題、満腹感最高です。また屋内と屋外露天風呂と湯ったり温泉が楽しめるホテル。卓球もフリーで開放しておりひと汗かくことも出来るし、格安でカラオケボックスもある。 浴衣はサイズと柄が豊富でこれまた嬉しい。

施設はキレイで、無料のラウンジが良かった。中学生の子供はコミックを何冊も読んでたね。夕飯はソコソコだったかな。いい意味でね。朝食のほうが良かったかな～。バイキン会場も広く、食べる所もキレイでした。

蟹はしょっぱかったです。
部屋は古さは否めないですが、洗面台がもう少し綺麗だと良かったです。

部屋の掃除も行き届いており、気持ちよく滞在できました。
カニ食べ放題でしたが、小ぶりでしょっぱく水っぽいカニで少しがっかりです。食べ放題ではなくもう少しグレードを上げ一皿での提供でも良いのでは。

大江戸温泉グループで初めて泊まったTAOYAブランドが最高すぎて、TAOYAじゃないけど無料ラウンジでアルコール飲み放題のこちらのホテルに行ってみました。 14時から利用できるラウンジには、マッサージチェアが5台(1台は故障中)、マンガたくさん、ソフトドリンク(ぐり茶、ほうじ茶、りんごジュース、コーヒー)、アルコール(アサヒビール、レモンサワー、ハイボール)、アイス(一口タイプ&バータイプのアイスキャンデー、シューアイス)があり、23時まで利用可能。シューアイス食べ放題には、子連れのみなさんも喜んでました。 食事は朝夕バイキング、2泊ともメニューは同じでしたが、種類が多いので飽きずに食べられました。ただ、味にうるさいタイプではない私でも、伊豆という土地柄にしてはお刺身が残念だと感じました。 浴衣は色々な柄が選べて良かったです。2泊目は違う柄にしました。 温泉は2つの棟にそれぞれありますが、サウナは大浴場にしかないので注意。 相模亭の大浴場は排水の流れが悪くて泡だらけになり、少し焦りました。 カラオケは有料ですがDAMで新しい歌も入っています。1時間利用で大人1人あたり550円。フリータイム3時間保証と比べれば高くはないかな。 気になる点もありましたが、トータルでは満足です。

規模は大きく…部屋数も有るのに、熱海？ホテルの様な◯な混雑感が無く、気持ちいい！食事時間は豪華ビュッフェにて刺身やステーキ食べ放題、ライスまで身体が続かなかったぐらいの種類とボリューム！お風呂も到着チェックイン後や食事前の日本人お決まり入浴時間帯を外すと、すっきり気持ち良く入れて大満足！部屋も前回良かった和室の低マットレスベッド部屋、広いっ。なお熱海に負けず2泊の平日、花火大会有り。部屋から鑑賞させていただき同行者大喜びでした。しかし、フロントにアルバイトの様な女性がいて、他の方が空室確認されながら、延泊出来ないというアクシデントあり、接客対応がメインの業務のはずですよ、気をつけて下さい！

全国旅行支援の影響か平日なのに満室で、フロントの前は長蛇の列でチェックインに５０分も待たされました。 夕食も午後５時からでしたが２０分前には既に行列が出来ておりました。 大型ホテルで宿泊人員が多いのに、整理券を配りお客様を座らせて順番に受付をするとか、食事の時間で割り振るとかをなぜ行わないのか疑問に思います。 せっかくの旅行がホテルでストレスを感じて疲れてしまいました。 ラウンジのフリードリンクだけはよかったです。
