家族6人一部屋での利用でした。部屋は２ベッドルームと畳の部屋に布団を敷き就寝する形態でした。ただリビングが無駄に広く30畳は十分に有ったと思います。キッチンも完備されており簡単な食器等もありました。部屋風呂も有りますが別棟の温泉大浴場がありゆったりと入浴できます。夕食はバイキングで開始時間が２通りあり選択できますが、開始時間は長蛇の列になりますので、遅めに行った方がゆっくり食事ができると思います。朝食はそれほど集中しないので自分の都合で大丈夫です。今回の利用での苦情ですが車で到着した際の駐車場の案内が全くできていない。なんの声掛けも無く１０分以上並ばされ、結局500ｍ位離れた全くべつの場所の駐車場を案内された。しかも雨が降っているのも関わらず傘も貸し出さないという非常に腹立たしい対応でした。 もう利用する事は無いと思いますので、思った事を書かせていただきました。

部屋は壁紙はいたるところで剝がれており、カビも多く発生して匂いもあった。
和室の壁に穴が開いていた。
ふすまの扉も壊れており貸し出す部屋ではない。

ホテルに関してはやや古めの内装。スタッフの方々は親切でした。
大浴場と室内プールに関してはかなり不満でした。室内プールにも男女別の脱衣所はあった方が便利だと感じました。プールを利用した後は皆さん水着を着た上からホテルの部屋着をその上から着るのか、3階の大浴場の脱衣所で着替えてから部屋に戻るのか。。。どちらにせよ不便です。3階〜2階の移動間も廊下にタオルが敷き詰められておりそこを素足で歩くのは気持ちのいいものではありません。大浴場と室内プールに関しての説明がないので分からない人はかなり困惑すると思います。少なくとも私達家族は困惑しましたので、利用する方はしっかりスタッフの方に聞くことをオススメします。

幼児2名含む家族4人で宿泊。 ホテル内の駐車場が空きがなく徒歩7分くらいの第2駐車場へ 夕食の時間はチェックイン時に「混雑しているので」と自動的に8時に。 子供達は７時ごろからお腹が空いたと騒ぎ、交渉するとなんとか7:30ごろから食事ができました。 ただ、予約表は既に印字されていて食事時間はチェックイン前に決められてた模様。 年齢とか見て時間を決められなかったのかと、がっかりしました。

お正月家族旅行で利用しました。ワンチャンが居るのでペット可のお部屋に宿泊しました。 連泊です。 ドーミーインは凄く良くて地方でも利用していたので期待していましたが、最悪。 部屋は汚い、カーテン、ソファはボロボロ…トイレは公衆トイレ並みの匂い。 そして何より夕食のバイキングがマズイ！ 2日目は食べたくないので、伊東の焼肉屋さんに行きました。 連泊で部屋の掃除をたのんでも忘れていて、タオルや作務衣、ゴミの回収を頼んだらフロントに持ってこい。。 渋々取りに来ましたが、サービスが悪すぎる。 大人4人５歳1人で25万も払ってこのクオリティ 2度と泊まりません。。

建物は古かったですが、部屋は広く最低限の物は揃っていました。ホテルの方はとても良い方で救われます。時期的に仕方ないですが、朝食の係りの方はバイトですか？食べ物が無くなり補充の対応が間に合ってなかったのは仕方ないですが、対応が当然の様な対応に感じました。そこが唯一マイナスポイントかなってくらいで、夕食はかなり美味しくいただきました。 お値打ちでした。ありがとうございました。

料理・バイキングは普通。味付けは薄め。特にカレー。多くの宿泊利用客を捌かなければならないので仕方なし。プールの利用時間は９時から１７時まででは寂しい…１２時間位利用できるよう希望。今は※2022年7月※感染症対策上、仕方ない
