房間冷氣非常差，已調到16度但沒有涼意；床單被鋪套有血跡及污垢，像是沒人更換…
床亦非常軟身，不好睡。
唯一是服務員的態度非常親切而加分，沒有下次來臨。

綺麗にリノベーションされている建物で1階にお洒落なカフェがあり朝食はそこでいただく形です。
洗濯機乾燥機があるので中長期滞在には良さそうですね。
細い事を言わせてもらうならば、所々清掃が行き届いていない箇所がありましたが深刻な状況ではなかったです。

湿度が高い地域なのでしょうがないのかもしれないですが、カーテンのカビと、うっすら漂ってくるタバコ臭さ、浴槽のざらつきが気になりました。
