Evelyn e a Júlia são atenciosas. Damião foi extremamente atencioso e ajudou muito em tudo que precisávamos. Organização das salas para usarmos foi incrível, pessoas sempre dispostos e muito cordiais. Espaço muito bom, agradável, culinária gastronômica fantástica. Campo de golf muito bom para aproveitar e fazer umas aulas e descontrair com lazer e tranquilidade

Fui muito bem recebido pela recepção, a Esther foi muito simpática, na saída tive a ajuda da Evellyn super prestativa, oque fez nossa hospedagem ser ainda melhor, lugar muito organizado e cheiroso e apesar do tempo ruim não faltou programação, tivemos um ótimo aproveitamento, outra coisa foi a comida nos quartos, cardápio recheado de coisas saborosas, realmente muito bom.

Fomos atendidos pela querida Esther na recepção, foi muito simpática e atenciosa durante o nosso check-in. A Mariana e Aline também foram super receptivas com a nossa chegada. Os atendentes do hotel são muito atenciosos. Fui muito bem recebido pela Evellyn e Julia na recepção do hotel e tudo o que precisei, elas me ajudaram. Damião me ajudou muito durante os dias em que fiquei no hotel. A estrutura é muito boa e o conforto do quarto é muito bom.

O hotel é uma delícia, muito perto de São Paulo é cheio de atividades, tem piscinas climatizadas, quadra de esportes e até um SPA L’Occitane au Bresil. Serviço de alimentação excelente e de qualidade. Mas o ponto forte do hotel pra mim foi o atendimento! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos, destaque para a Luana que nos recebeu já no check in com um sorriso grande no rosto de boas vindas, nos explicou todas as funcionalidades do hotel e me concedeu o early check in pela Fidelização da Accor. Me senti muito bem vindo! Parabéns pela equipe do Novotel Itu! O hotel não seria a mesma coisa sem o excelente trabalho de vcs!
