O quarto reservado não estava disponível, o quarto que que nos encaminhou e valor inferior, depois fomos remanejados para outro um pouco melhor, chuveiro com problema, enfim não volto mais.

Péssimo hotel. O quarto cheirava mofo. Paguei mais caro para ter uma cama queen e não de casal e qdo cheguei eram 2 colchoes de solteiro. Alem disso me cobraram 2 vezes e foi um sufoco para estornarem o dinheiro

Hotel caro e ruim. Minha filha tem somente 8 anos e foi cobrada tarifa como adulto. Tentei negociar essa situação por telefone, mas não houve compreensão. O quarto FEDIA cigarro e os lençóis estavam sujos..... No café da manhã tínhamos que ficar insistindo na reposição de alimentos. Caiu a tampa do ar condicionado na cabeça de um amigo que estava acomodado em outro quarto... Enfim..... muito ruim. Vou, inclusive, repassar esse feedback para a vinicola, pois foi por indicação deles que nos hospedamos lá.

Experiência muito ruim. Fomos em 3 casais, cada um ficou em um quarto, e em todos não havia papel higiênico. Café da manhã muito precário. Já havia me hospedado outras vezes e notoriamente a qualidade caiu muito, desastrosamente. Uma pena.
