非常喜歡這個40年歷史的酒店，服務態度不錯，設施也對得起它的年齡，用起來並不很老舊，早餐中規中矩，就是床品舒適度欠佳。

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre semaine passée en mars 2024 dans cet hotel. Les chambres sont impeccables et calmes. La nourriture est très bonne, les repas sont variés et choix important pour le petit déjeuner.Le personnel sympathique et serviable, les excursions réalisées avec le Club Nord sont très bien organisées . De plus l'emplacement est idéal pour l'observation des aurores boréales ( sur la rivière gelée juste derrière l'hotel ) .

Excellent hôtel où nous avons passé un séjour parfait durant une semaine. Le personnel est aux petits soins, certains membres font même l'effort de s'exprimer en français. Certaines personnes se plaignaient d'une redondance des repas, Nous ne sommes pas du tout d'accord, les repas étaient très bien pensés pour satisfaire tout le monde. Nous avons et le sentiment que tout où presque était fait maison , diversifié tous les jours , bref c'était parfait. L' hôtel est très propre, bien insonorisé dans les chambres, la télé bien fonctionnelle malgré le peu de chaînes mais bon nous n'étions pas en vacances en laponie pour passer du temps devant la télé. Une salle de jeux bien fournie et une localisation très intéressante, proche des commerces d'ivalo à pieds, de la rivière d'ivalo, de la patinoire juste en face. Bref nous recommandons.

Séjour super dans cet hôtel tres agréable et bien situé avec marmara un personnel aux petits soins’,des activités très bien organisés ave c les guides de cap nord en particulier William très attentif nous transmettant beaucoup d informations lors de notre séjour,merci a lui,merci à l’équipe des animateurs Clément et Valou à Esther notre déléguée qui nous ont parfaitement encadres,sejour marmara à conseiller

Personnel accueillant, professionnel, repond à toutes les demandes Emplacement avec vue sur la rivière Proche de l'aéroport (10 minutes en taxi pour 30€) Nombreuses activités proposées (randonnées avec huskies, motos-neige, visite musée Inari et ferme de rennes, ...) Restaurant avec plats variés, formule buffet ou à la carte Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié, copieux, à volonté, rien ne manque

Good hotel and spectacular location , but our room was old, with blocked views and very dirty. Very disappointed. I asked for change and no one listened to me, claiming that they were full. But we were there six days seeing people entering and leaving .I attach photos.
