It was a bit far of a walk from the Paris centre and from the train but apart from that can not complain. It was clean and a good size apartment to stay in

It good for holiday

We had not been given any information that the reception had limited opening hours, or how to get through the entrance gate later in the evening. The self-check-in machine was not working either. The room was worn and in need of a thorough cleaning. The air conditioning did not work, and it was not possible to get a fan for the room. The staff were friendly but not particularly helpful. The breakfast selection was limited and hardly worth the price. It is less than a five-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, about 10 minutes to the tram, and approximately a 20-minute walk to the metro station. We chose this hotel for its location close to the university but it was certainly a misstake!

First of all, the location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient. It is far too far from the city center. My friend and I came to Paris on a budget, hoping to save money on accommodation and walk to central attractions like the Eiffel Tower. However, we quickly realized that it takes around two and a half hours to walk there, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, the area around the hotel feels unsafe at night, making it impossible to return on foot in the evening. Because of this, we were forced to spend around €80 per day on Uber rides just to get to and from the city. This completely defeated the purpose of choosing a budget hotel. While there is a metro option, it is not practical either, as it takes too long and does not solve the issue of the distance. Additionally, we were never informed in advance about the €150 deposit required upon arrival. This came as a complete surprise to us at check-in. As budget travelers, we had limited funds, and this unexpected charge caused us serious inconvenience. The receptionist did not speak English well, making communication very difficult, and we were unable to properly understand the situation. We were also told that breakfast was included in the price, but this turned out to be false, as no breakfast was provided during our stay. Furthermore, the rooms were extremely small and not worth the price we paid. Housekeeping was also unacceptable, as towels were not changed, and we had to use the same ones throughout our stay.

There is not personal support. The lobby was closed most of the time. They want to charge for everything!!! The machine for the key was broken and it was so difficult to talk with someone to help. The cleaning person was so mean. It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I don’t recommend staying there

Nice and clean. Spacious. It would be great if the apartment had a/c.

The good: The bed was comfortable The bad: Terrible sewer smell from shower drain, terrible off hours check in process, staffed only on weekdays 0900-1200 & 1500-1900, light fixtures loose above both night stands, no electrical receptacle available next to either side of the bed without unplugging the light, no coffee maker. The room was a disappointment. If you are looking for a cheap bed to crash in, at an apartment building in an industrial area, this room is for you but be warned it dosen't match the pictures on the website. The room was run down, furniture under the sink was warped. The worst was the check in process. When we arrived on Sunday, there was no one there. We knew the reception doesn't work on weekends or after hours on business days but were not told the keys you get at xhecknin are good for only that date. We had to figure out how to use a check in box on the wall with our last name but our last name wasn't matching because they assumed abbreviation JR was our last name. Once I put JR it worked. When we returned from our outing the next day at 7:30 PM, we were locked out with no one to help, so we had to call and get a code to a lock box that had a 1 day key. I was told to go to reception the next day to get another key so I had to change plans the next day to accommodate their limited availability.

Fire alarm two nights in a row at 3am…during Easter weekend. ****** big time.
