The hotel is about 8 minute walking from metro station Porte de Choisy. There are some restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the hotel costs 9 euros per person. The room is big and there is a small kitchen inside. There is a gym too but I did not check it out. The staffs however were not very friendly and made mistakes like charging me the tax for two persons without first asking me.

Locations is ok, but everything need extra cost, such as new towel and room cleaning

The hotel doesn't cancel the pending credit card charge of 100 euros for deposit after having checked out for 7 days. I followed their requirements of cleaning the rooms, and there is no message about their slow action!

My last room stay at this hotel wasn’t good. Small space.

How do I find it good? There are many foreigners in one room, and the cultures from different countries collide. They are noisy. In fact, people who like cleanliness can live here. The beds are quite clean, but if you like quietness, this room is not suitable for you, because you know that there will always be many people in youth hostels. The transportation here is relatively convenient. There is a bus station downstairs, a supermarket opposite, and a fast food restaurant. There is a direct bus to the Paris Tower and the Louvre. It is quite convenient.

Facilities: The facilities are okay, but the alarm sound always sounds, although it is a false alarm, which affects sleep. Hygiene: As for hygiene, cleaning once a week is really a bit too long, so I have to do it all by myself. Maintain hygiene and no trash bags. Environment: There are subway stations and light rail stations on the roadside, and the noise is very loud. Service: Fu quite good.

The neighborhood is located in an area like this, without infamy and without praise. Our interest is in the Chinese restaurant district which is next door. Note, if you are driving, that the road is "blocked" by the tram line and you cannot drive the car directly to the Chinese quarter (which is opposite) but you will have to take a long detour. In front of the hotel there is the surface tram which cuts and divides the area into two parts without the possibility of crossing for cars. The construction of the hotel is very recent and the interior has a recent history. There is an elevator. The rooms are larger than the small size of the three-star Parisian hotels. The reception and concierge showed an unskilled staff. On the phone, obvious things answer: opening hours and how to get there, all this information is part of a routine. A substantial lack of preparation of the concierge staff is revealed by some fundamental details: they do not say that to enter you ALREADY have a code or a plastic hotel card. Without these two things, you will stay out on the road. The hotel responds to music with welcome messages but you will have to wait if a human voice responds to you. Our misfortune is to arrive in the evening (after 10pm), just when there was no one in the reception. The staff do not wear any uniforms and therefore there is no way to distinguish a concierge from any customer. While we were in the street in the rain, waiting for someone to come and open us, we saw that a girl was passing inside the ground floor who paid no attention to us. Then I had to start banging my fists on the closed door and two customers came in and were drinking coffee. The problems are not over. The girl with gave us a room that, then on the place of the entrance, we found already used and with the beds unmade and with the remains of old fruit duo tables. The concierge is unable to make autonomous decisions but must always telephone a person who has to give her instructions. Attention, this Trip.com site does not explain that this hotel requires a deposit and money deposit ONLY BY CREDIT CARD. Pay attention to these points before booking a room. Honestly, next time I prefer to pay more and go to a luxury and superior quality hotel rather than risk having an unpleasant experience

Very clean, comfortable room. Reception was friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. 6 minutes' walk to Port de Choisy station for #7 Metro and T3a and T9 trams.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Tasty, great quality continental breakfast. Very comfortable rooms and lobby. High standard cleanliness. Excellent quality hotel for such a reasonable price. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will certainly consider booking this hotel again for my next trip to Paris.

The hotel's location was pretty good, a bit distant but well-connected with bus, metro, and tram services, making it convenient to explore the city. We were pleased to find some useful services and shopping options also nearby. While the cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better, we felt that the overall value for the price we paid was good. Unfortunately, the windows didn't do an excellent job of blocking out traffic noise, which was a minor downside. Additionally, we were happy that we could check in early, and the staff's helpfulness added a positive touch to our stay.
