An extremely well maintained ski resort, with an awesomw view of Mount Yotei. Situated right below the foot of Mt Annapuri, and next to the Hirafu Lift with her own ski-in and ski-out valet on Level 2. My son and I stayed in their one-bedroom suite and their in-room amenities were great. Although it is a pity that they don't seems to provide room-service of food, as I was feeling unwell and still needed to dine at the restaurant for my breakfast and lunch. Their resort was staffed with an internationalised team who can cater to multiple language needs, and they are all very warm and attentive. Their response to my queries over messaging prior to my arrival was extremely helpful and prompt to arrange the ski lesson and snowmobiling experience. I am grateful. The breakfast spread is generous with seafood, served in a fusion Jap restaurant. Although their display of the breakfast can be further thought through, the flow and the positioning aren't optimal. The narrow lane also seemed to be crowded with watching service crew. Overall, I love the room ... It was perfect.

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

This hotel is not recommended if not by car. It is far from the main ski areas. But their service is nothing to say. The shuttle buses once an hour. Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.
