The hotel is not bad in all aspects. Although the location is not in the city center, it is not far from the city center and there is a Luxembourg train station nearby, so it is very convenient to travel. I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know the quality. The room is relatively spacious and comfortable, the only problem is that the water in the shower room is not smooth

Not bad at all per total. A quiet hotel. The room was good, but I had a superior option. No complaints about cleanliness. Maybe the breakfast somehow expensive.

Great service and amazing staff!In general very pleased with my stay. The hotel is also right next to the EU parliament, very safe area and close to the centre.

We were there for 4 nights. The hotel although run by a relatively young team compare with others, they were professional and efficient.
Everything is perfect from the moment we arrived late and tired. Fast checked-in, helpful staff to sort out our parking, the room is nice and clean with cleaver layout and design. The hotel is new and clean, restaurant staff is friendly, breakfast is good. There were table pool and soccer dotted around the hotel for entertainment, nice warm shower, comfy bed.
The location is also very good. It's not in the center which is nice and quite with restaurant within walking distance and hotel restaurant. The hotel is next to bus stop to old town and a train station if you don't feel like walking.

Water temperature moderated was difficult. Could have indicated that reservation number needed for online check in. Slight Room odour. Other than that was great location and reasonably friendly staff.

Above and beyond, that's how I would describe the service they offer at this Radisson Red. The rooms are spacious and clean, the overall service is excellent and the staff is so incredibly friendly! The location is perhaps more suitable to business travellers than tourists, but should I happen to visit Brussels again for fun then I would probably still choose this hotel.
