AC did not work for 2 days, even though I called to let them know I was arriving the following day super early. They still sold my rooms so I could not check in until 3 pm? I will be reaching out for compensation.

The hotel is average, looks modern and clean
However the room could be improved
The A/C did work, but it couldn't regulate the temperature or even the intensity of the air flow, it was direct, the hot water wasn't working, and most of the morning the pool wasn't available so we couldn't even use it. use, it was not until we checked out that they finally enabled it, disappointing to be honest.
Not to mention the restaurant, terrible service, even though when we were the only ones at the time of using the restaurant, it took them 1 hour to give us our order, which was only a simple hamburger and a sandwich.
I hope those problems improve.
