Très bonne nuitée dans cet hôtel, proche du centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus pour de rafraîchir en fin de journée. Personnel très compétant. Nous avons également pris les petits déjeuners à l'hôtel (supplément). Ils valaient le coup.

They should use the real photos of the room when we book. Our room with a garden view was beside the kitchen,with every client from the reception passing in front of our glass door. It was teinted but of no help when the light was on inthe room. One glass and one small bottle of water for two guests, extra was 3$.

This hotel was very pretty, it's close to downtown. The pool was great and we loved sitting outside at night with the hotel reflected in the pool. We stayed in 8 different towns during our trip to Mexico and this was probably the most comfortable bed we had. The only thing we wish would change is the lighting, it's a really harsh bright blue, we actually ended up using our phone lights to read before bed instead of turning through light on. Lamps and warmer bulbs would really improve the rooms, it was still great though.

Estuve hospedado dos noches en las habitaciones 21 y 22, ambas super espaciosas y cómodas, las areas comunes muy limpias, la atención por parte del personal siempre muy amable, la ubicación es muy buena, si regreso a Izamal sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

El hotel esta muy bien , espacios limpios,alberca grande y limpia,tranquilo,jardines y area de alberca limpia,cuartos limpios y amplios solo tengo un comentario con respecto a la atencion en la Recepcion el personal es un poco distraido y no brindan informacion veraz y hay demasiado personal sin hacer nada.
