The curtains are not good and leak too much light. I woke up early. The air conditioner was very cold and hot. I couldn't sleep well all night. Facing the road, the traffic outside is very noisy

The room is quite nice with free parking. Close to the TRIAL SuperCenter and All you can eat BBQ restaurant. Room is new decorated with very trendy style.

Excellent value for the money, super kind staff and brand new facilities. Strongly recommend.

Appreciated the convenience of a 24x7 supermarket nearby. It's especially helpful as we arrived Osaka late at night. However, it's worth noting our room had a view of office building's and car parks.

Clean and good for short stay before heading to the airport. the hotel is around 10 minutes walk from a station which is one station away from Kenai airport. Hotel is close to a main road which might have some noise at night but overall decent stay.

It is basic, clean and close to the airport and outlet. There is also an onze which was great before the flight next day.

Location is convenience, 7 mins walking from metro and 15 - 20 minutes to the outlet. We just stayed for a short while as we got a red eyes flight and like to have a place to refresh. The room is comfort and well equipped and the hotel lobby is stylish. Lawson is just next to the hotel and easy to grab a fast breakfast there.

We are sorry for late check out , however, the hotel staff was suddenly open our room door, enter our room and without our authorisation/ permission it was Serious invasion of our privacy.

Such a great stay. The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are bigger than the standard in Japan. There is also an onsen but I didn't use it because it was just a one-night stay. However, the soundproofing is poor, so you may not be able to sleep until late. It's a good place to stay the night before your flight.

Room was comfortable but it was facing main road and there was a fire station opposite, so could hear sirens even late into the night which slightly disturbed my sleep. Breakfast spread is decent, used the hot bath too.

The location is good just few minutes walk from station. A nice stay with hot spring in hotel. The room is clean although it is not big.

Walking distance from JR station (around 10mins), convenient store is right next to the hotel, 5mins walk to a 24hrs supermarket and a Japanese drag store.
