"During our trip to Kansai, Japan, we stayed at the Kansai Airport Washington Hotel three times, which was incredibly convenient for connecting flights or overnight stays when traveling from Kansai Airport to Osaka, Kyoto, and Wakayama. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Kansai Airport in the mornings and evenings, which you can book immediately upon checking in. Additionally, Rinku Town Station on the JR Kansai Airport Line is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy for passengers to take JR trains to various destinations. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out at machines, with options for Chinese, Japanese, English, and more, which is very convenient. Hotel staff are also always on hand to assist. Beyond the usual amenities like toothbrushes, combs, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they also provide small packets of facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. This is incredibly handy for guests staying temporarily, as you don't even need to open your suitcase. There's a Family Mart convenience store on the second floor of the hotel, and an outlet mall is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel rooms aren't small either, and they are clean and hygienic. Upon arriving at Kansai Airport in the evening on this trip, we checked into the Washington Hotel and then took the HARUKA express train to Kyoto the next morning. We chose the Washington Hotel for our second stay because we needed to catch the 8:25 AM Kuroshio express train from Hineno Station, and it's only one stop on the Kansai Airport Line from Rinku Town Station to Hineno Station. For our flight back home, which was at 9:00 AM, we stayed at the hotel a third time and took the hotel shuttle directly to the airport in the morning, which was incredibly smooth and seamless."

"The room isn't small for a standard hotel, big enough to open two medium-sized suitcases. The double bed is quite large. Although it's not far from the airport, it's very quiet and has a great view; on a clear day, you can see the 'jelly sea.' On the third floor, the large public bath has a carbonated bath, and after soaking, your arms are covered in tiny bubbles, which is fun. Check-in and check-out are entirely self-service via machines, which is very convenient. The free airport shuttle only runs until 11 AM daily and requires scanning a QR code to book, with limited slots. We were lucky to snag the last two spots for our desired time slot."

"I was lucky to book this hotel some 6 months ago and the price was super great value! Everything was good and nice. The surroundings have many places to be explored like the Rinku Town Outlet, 24H Trial Superstore, etc. There was one 24H restaurant named Joyfull which you can dine there whenever you are hungry! The hotel provided 2 pillows In different heights so you can pick what suits your neck and shoulder."

"The hotel is located very close to the train station — just a short walk to the right after you exit. There’s even a 7-Eleven right next door, which makes it super convenient. It’s perfect for those who have an early morning flight, as Kansai Airport is only a few stations away. The staff were incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day. The room itself was impressive — though not large, it had everything you could possibly need. There were indoor slippers, a comfortable large bed, drinkable tap water, and plenty of power outlets all around the room. I especially loved that I could work, charge my phone, and power my devices all at once. They even provided charging cables for both computers and phones — such a thoughtful touch! Pajamas were also included (a top and bottom set), which was super convenient because you can wear them to the 7-Eleven downstairs without any problem. The hotel also offers shared facilities like washing machines, microwaves, and personal care items that you can pick up anytime. There’s even a public bath (onsen) open during specific hours. "This hotel is in the best location in Izumisano; it's about a 2-minute walk to Izumisano Station (Nankai train), which is just 2 stops from KIX Airport. I can easily take the elevator 🛗 from the platform to the ground floor and walk to the hotel. The hotel is very clean, has a good arrangement of amenities, and offers a warm welcome. Each room is equipped with facilities like a refrigerator and a hair dryer. The hotel also has a coin laundry machine and a microwave, allowing me to buy food boxes from the 7-11 shop in front of the train station. Additionally, there is a 24-hour restaurant on the second floor. I'm very happy with this hotel and its reasonable price, so I've decided to extend my stay here for a total of five days."

"Love this quiet and peaceful hotel and the surrounding....will stay again the next trip. We stayed one night before heading to Kansai airport ( 5 mins train ride) My son was so elated to enjoy the onsen due to his scoliosis and his pain was eased. Good breakfast with a fantastic seaview. Be there and see for yourself. About 10mins walk from Rinku town station. Should you intend to leave your baggages at the station, there are 2 options , locker or pay 500 yen per pc at one of the shops providing storage service. You can then freely head off to Premium outlet and back before 8pm (shop closure) to airport. Highly recommend Saba fish at OOTOYA - Rinku premium...pls google exact location."

"Since my flight landed at Kansai Airport around 10 PM, I cleverly booked a room at the Star Gate Hotel in Rinku Town this time. Location-wise, it's perfect; it's the building right outside Exit 1, turn right. There's a Lawson convenience store right at the entrance. A special note: the front desk is on the first floor, so you'll need to go downstairs to find it. I didn't book breakfast; it's 500 yen, which is a great value. For breakfast, there's a Joyfull Coffee nearby, which is quite convenient, or you can grab something from the Lawson downstairs. The hotel rooms are quite old-fashioned, probably 90s style. There's a free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport, but you need to book it at the front desk. Every room has an ocean view with great scenery, but I stayed on the 50th floor this time, and it was very noisy early in the morning. It might have been airplane or JR train noise."

"Facilities: Average, just barely adequate. Hygiene: Not bad, Japan is generally good in this regard. Environment: Honestly speechless. This capsule hotel shares a name with another, and I walked my legs off trying to find it! Service: Alright, but no Chinese-speaking staff. Couldn't be helped during the National Day holiday, it was barely acceptable. The good thing is that it's conveniently located inside the airport."

"Airport shuttle bus service is really nice as no need to search for public transport. A variety of choices fo breakfast, balanced diet. Despite having a shower in the room, public bath is also available. Excellent insulation as I heard no outiside noisy. Friendly staff."

"I didn't book breakfast, but I made an appointment for a breakfast when I checked in. It was a set meal, which was very good. The picture was taken by the window while eating breakfast. It was really great. There was Chinese service. There was also a single-family house and a small courtyard. It was so good... The distance was not a problem. I could walk over and have a look. I highly recommend it."
