両親と5名、小型犬２匹で311号特別室に宿泊。約90㎡で大きくみんなでくつろげる。犬達もずっと大運動会。 朝夕の食事も、部屋で食べる旅館ならではのもてなし。もちろん温泉、大浴場もあり。布団も2名で敷にきてくれる(畳ではなくユカはソフトなフローリング)。すべての従業員の挨拶含め非常に気持ち良く、ペットにもなれている。ツインか、ダブル＋サブベッドがほとんどのペット宿のなか、旅館という良さが活かされている。両親連れ等には非常に良い。今まで泊まった、ペット宿では1番でした。

10歳になる、トイプーと一緒の部屋に宿泊したくて、こちらを予約しました。 宣言明けの渋滞で疲れて到着するも、スタッフのあたたかいおもてなしに癒されました。 お料理も繊細さを感じる盛り付けで、 どれも、美味しかったです。 入口に数段と玄関入ってまた、階段が有りますが、犬バギーを運ぶのを手伝って頂いたから、（男衆は貸切風呂で独りで散歩に出た為）困る事はありませんでした。共用スペースは、バギーのネットも閉めるよう言われますが、トラブル防止に納得です。キンメの煮付け、美味しかったですよ。
