Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха! Вкусный ресторан Sasha в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля! Супермаркеты, сувенирные лавки, длинная береговая линия в 5-15 минутах на тук-туке! Вкусный завтрак был включён в стоимость! Хозяин отеля-Уди, прекрасный человек! Очень вежливый, участливый, супер-отзывчивый, всегда поможет, ответит на все вопросы, сделает все, что в его силах, чтоб ваш отдых в отеле был замечательным! Обожаю это место, людей! Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

This is my first time been visited to covanro with my team members & family. Nice ambience, cool & calm relaxing place. This is the ideal place to enjoy and relax with families/ friends. The service given by all satff members @ covanro is unbelievable. we were wamly welcome by front staff. The restaurant service staff was fantastic and service oriented. The food was delicious and nicely arranged buffet with mouth watering Desserts. Thank you very much to covanro Ambassadors for made us memorable experience. Overall, the hotel is pretty good~ It's a resort, about 20 minutes' drive from the airport. The rooms are not very new, so it's pretty decent~ There are no shops around and sp****ly populated. The only drawback is that I had to wait for a long time to pick up the hotel. I agreed to pick him up near the post office an hour after landing. After waiting for more than an hour, I called the driver but he didn't answer. I had to call the hotel again to check. I waited for more than 20 minutes for the information to arrive. I must have forgotten it... It’s a bit of a pity. When we checked out the next day, they proactively asked us if we wanted to be dropped off at the airport. The staff also kept smiling and made us feel happy. Dinner was also provided before 9 p.m.

At the request of the boss, I must review this hotel. There are more than 4 kilometers away from the airport. They are quite small and clean. I only slept for one night anyway. The next day was to leave at 6:30 in the morning, so they prepared breakfast just after 6 o'clock, two omelette bars, two sandwiches, and a large pot of coffee. After all, the conditions are not comparable to the 5 new hotels in the city, which is fair enough. The boss also provides car rental services. I didn't try it because the traffic in Sri Lanka is really big. If you have confidence in your driving skills, you can drive by yourself.
