Pathetic and over priced hotel. They have given a facelift from outside to retain their reputation but internally it seems that the hotel rooms never got a makeover since construction in 1977. Rooms are rotten and stinky. Best part is they are still selling at a five star rate, surely fooling the travellers specially who are coming first time to visit the city. They have a front office who are audacious and arrogant and not bothered about client request. Front office executive Nitika claimed that they have a newly constructed room and its price was higher due to new construction but apart from the floor nothing was new in the room. Check photos. Reason why their website will not show you room photos. Room was priced more than a five star. Wi-Fi never worked and I was offered a chair in my room and was asked to sit and work in one corner of the room where they claim that Wi-Fi worked. But all was in vain as nothing worked. No one was interested to even check on the issue afterwards.

The overall experience was good. Rooms accommodation was neat and well layed out. All the basics amenities were available at a bell. The overall food and beverages served was well heated and prepared. Looking forward to visit again

This one use to be a good hotel years ago but it has lost it charm and trust over the period of time the staff is uninspiring and less attentive and don't give that positive Vibe... the rooms are crampy and with very old fittings and curtains . Food is average and not worth the mention. Breakfast buffet is very limited and lacks innovation. They don't even serve 100% fresh juice but only cammed juices.. Swimming pool, is namesake and not cleaned everyday.. The state of this hotel is deplorable.. the only good thing is that it's century located right in the heart of the city. I will never return to this hotel

This hotel used to be the number one hotel in Jabalpur and it is no longer at that position. The property is run down and the hotel rooms are very outdated. The staff member that helped us during our stay was the only person who is saving this review, to be completely honest. The rooms need an upgrade as does the lobby and the amenities. The hotel's food is OK.

I stayed in this hotel during our sightseeing tour of Jabalpur during 18th to 21st January (3 nights). I shortlisted this hotel amongst few other on the basis of reviews in TripAdvisor & finally selected this hotel as same was recommended by my friend who stayed her few year ago. It was a nice stay & nice service by all staff. Big & clean room. Pickup & drop service were provided to & from Railway station. Special Thanks to staff - Ms. Nitika, Mr. ***ish, Mr. Nitin & other staff. Good Complimentary breakfast with variety of food. Thanks.

Every time I go to India I stay in this hotel. Excellent hotel. Staff is very welcoming, honest , respectful and trustworthy. ***ger is very good guy. Breakfast is good and breakfast staff is also very good. Price is very reasonable. I enjoyed every time I started in this hotel.
