The location is centre of town, ample parking space, buffet breakfast is tasty, and the room is clean

Had a query regarding the cv points which were supposed to be updated for my vistara flights to and from mumbai. These cv points are not reflecting at vistara's end. Any clarification would be helpful. Arihant palace was situated at a good location on napier road in jabalpur. It was very close to the railway station and about 10 - 11 kms from the dumna airport. However, i had to pay for an extra day as i had checked in early at 08:00 am on the 24th and it seems that they consider the time of check in for all the days of my stay and do not offer late check out free of cost. As my train was at 06:10 pm in the evening i had to pay for an entire day just for the time frame of 08:00 am - 04:30 pm ist. As the hotel was entirely empty and devoid of occupancy they could have made the discretion of making the extra 8. 5 hours free, which they did not.

Hotel location is very good, however interior of the hotel is old and not maintained properly hygiene level to be improved
room service is very poor. Food quality is good.
