As a hotel in a scenic spot, it's pretty good. The room is large and the facilities are not great, but at least they are usable. There are a lot of flies, the breakfast is average, semi-buffet. It is said that there are many people during peak season.

Convenient location to explorr. Incredibly comfy bed. Nice supply of tea and coffee machine a bonus. Pool was good temperature. Restaurant food was amazing. Lovely staff and nice private court yard to sit in so didn't have to be disturbed by the pool after a swim.

A 2 night stay in a very comfortable room looking out over the pool. Breakfast was a good tasty selection. The evening meal was a real speciality and most enjoyable. Would recommend a stay of at least one night so as to enjoy the comfort of the pool at the end of a long day.

Appalling condition room - very poor value and just felt aged-
1. water-stained and peeling paint / wallpaper,
2. spider webs in each corner and on main window
3. missing light bulb where glasses/cups stored
4. Washing line over bathroom broken and laying limply down wall
5. Missing bath plug that stopped water from flowing
6. Full length curtains not made wide enough to cover windows letting light in day and night
7. Biscuit found on paneling next to tv.

We booked this hotel in an emergency when the road to our other accommodation flooded and had to cancel, and we are so grateful to them for getting us in! The rooms themselves are a smidge tired as is the restaurant and stuff but the staff were without exception lovely and hard-working. The woman in the restaurant who served us both nights was doing a great job while really busy and stayed friendly and patient. The food was good, the pool is very welcome - and in the wet season largely had the whole thing to ourselves! Overall we're very happy to recommend it and really again want to shout out the staff who are managing people coming and going and cancelling or having to request another night if the road is blocked and all cheerfully and patiently. It's worth noting Jabiru is toward the top end of the park and can be a fair drive each day down into it - not a problem but just bear in mind the driving and make sure you have fuel and water and so on.

Our room was lovely a clean, and the staff service was excellent. We had meals at the restaurant for lunch and dinner with lovely meals both times, outstanding staff service especially at dinner time which was very busy! (definitely recommend booking) nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks again, this was our first visit in the wet season and we loved it!
