Esta vez no me gusto nada estuve hace 2 años y fue maravilloso hotel en obras 2 piscinas no funcionan.cuarto tan austero ni un misero jabon.la resrva l.me dijeron un precio y luego otro mas caro.no entiendo como dicen un precio y cobran mas.de el baño nada de nada .ni un jaboncito.eso si pedi a chica cepillo de dientes y gorro de ducha me dieron rapido.lo mejor el colchon muy confortable.esta visita no fue de mi agrado.si vuelvo a jaca elegire otro que los hay.

Personal amable. Llegamos después de un largo viaje y nos permitieron usar la piscina interior fuera de horario con los niños. La habitación duplex genial, espaciosa, cómoda y con vistas a la montaña. para ir con niños. El sofá cama cómodo. El buffet de desayuno muy bueno. Lo mejor la piscina interior Están arreglando la exterior.

Muy correcto. Habitación superior confortable y en la época que viajamos, una relación calidad-precio correcta. Buena limpieza. La cafetería sirve comida snack (sandwich, nuggets, hamburguesa y similar) buena, y Oscar estuvo atento a que estuviéramos bien, pues éramos un grupo grande con niños.

Habíamos reservado para 4 días y hemos decidido marchar hoy en la mañana porque al parecer no tuvimos suerte, la puerta de la habitación se bloquea a cada instante, se molestan si deseas calentar un plato, te traen el postre antes del segundo, la piscina no es climatizada, hemos pedido un taxi el cual nunca llegó etc, no volveremos

This was our 3rd visit to Eurostar Reina Felicia and will be staying again Very large rooms great views of the mountains with a good restaurant Excellent value 5 stars . Only 20 min walk to town centre where there are good bars and restaurants.

Buen hotel , a poca distancia de Jaca. El personal de recepción muy válido. Atentas y muy agradables. Mención especial para Oscar, en zona de desayunos. Muy educado y atento siempre al servicio , procurando que no faltara nada en todo momento.

Situado en la entrada de la carretera de Pamplona. Se encuentra en un área nueva a 15 minutos a pie del centro de Jaca y de fácil aparcamiento. Además tiene la ventaja de estar bien comunicado. En cuanto al hotel, instalaciones modernas y habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Personal muy amable. El único pero quizás en el desayuno buffet que no reponían algunos alimentos.
