Estancia muy agradable, el SPA relajante y con bastantes opciones para que pases un buen rato. El trato de 10 por parte del personal de recepción, como de cafetería y restaurante, se sienten cercanos y consiguen que te relajes. Volveremos sin duda.

El personal del hotel muy amable, encantadores. Nos han tratado muy bien. El desayuno con variedad y bueno. La habitación limpia, la cama cómoda. El spa y el masaje muy agradable. Un sitio muy agradable donde pasar el fin de semana. Volveremos!!

The room was fine but there was not air conditioning and it was warm for October. It was explained that the room can only have AC or heating, not both. And since the weather was supposed to change to cool the had already switched the system to heat. Unfortunately when you turned on the AC it blew hot air. They gave us a fan but it was still very uncomfortable.

Spa horrible. Instalaciones rotas, baldosas rotas que te cortan. Ducha 1-2-3 sin funcionar. El spa masaje tampoco funciona. Bueno 90 euros por 3 personas para una hora... UNA ESTAFA!!!! EL BUFFET LIBRE es de risa. Muy poca cosa para elegir. Entre croissants duros, jamón malo... las dos tostadas con mermelada 20 euros por cabeza. OTRO ROBO! NO VOLVEREMOS MÁS!

Nos alojamos un miércoles y al ir a encender la televisión la opción de Netflix no funciona😔, llamamos a recepción para que por favor avise a alguien de mantenimiento para que lo arregle, la chica,( un encanto eso si) nos dice que ahora sube el señor, y hasta el día siguiente no se pasaron por nuestra habitación, volvimos a la habitación y la tele seguía sin ir por lo que volvimos a llamar a recepción y la chica dijo lo mismo, que avisaría al de mantenimiento para que la arreglara 😔, pero nada, nadie vino 😤. Quitando eso el personal muy amable y la habitación muy bien.
