The location is so convenient to shops and grocery ( Trader’s Joe). The breakfast is delicious and plenty of choices. We will come back here again if we visit Charlotteville.

The room is actually average. The old man at the front desk was very cute. There was a system problem that day and the room card couldn't open the door. He tried for a long time, running up and down until he was exhausted and sweating, and finally changed the room for us. kind.

I stayed here from April 23 - April 24 in Room 501. As a World of Hyatt member, I must say that this property is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. My arrival experience was very smooth and the front desk agent offered a very warm welcome to the Hyatt Place Charlottesville. The fitness center and swimming pool are very clean and well maintained. My guest room (501) was very clean, very tidy and the furnishings were absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was stunning with well over 20 different breakfast options at the well presented breakfast buffet. I am a hot tea lover and this property offered 6 different tea options. I highly recommend adding this hotel to your bucket list. I look forward to staying at this beautiful Hyatt property again in the near future. This property gets an A+ award from me for excellent hospitality, attention to detail and VERY friendly customer service. Thank you for a very memorable stay!

Rooms are so quiet sleep great here. Always clean and smells good in all areas. Great breakfast and Staff. Aj needs a raise and promotion!

this is our hotel to stay when ever we come to visit our daughter who attends UVA. they are dog friendly, have several level 2 EV chargers on sight and a great breakfast. we feel at home while we are there. the staff is super friendly ( especially Greg ) he loves our dogs, Jack and Tommy and always have treats for them,

Hyatt Place is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. I would stay there again. My only complaint is the heating unit was extremely loud. If you stay, request to not have room 630, unless they've attended to the heating unit. The fact that the heating unit was noisy is the only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating.

A mother and young son put in an adjacent room to other occupants. Sharing a door to both rooms. Requested to be moved which was accommodated, also smelled of stale smoke and hairs in sink.
