It was a nice room, very clean the beds were comfortable, however, I think it’s very petty to put little bitty waters in the room but you can’t drink unless you pay for them! I think that’s very cheap when you pay so much for the hotel and you pay a $10 resort fee. A bottle of water should be included! The water hot water in the room was not hot at all and that was very disappointing. I think there’s some small things that need to be fixed when you charge that much to stay in a hotel and the room itself is very nice but to charge for small waters and then not have a hot water work properly is disappointing.

We love the Desert Room restaurant. The food is awesome. Our room is big and the king bed is very comfortable.

Bathroom were dirty and water didnt drain properly so we couldnt take a shower place was dusting and dirty

Our stay was good for the most part. The food was excellent as was the service. The only bad part was that we had to change rooms due to the massive amount of lot smoke filling the hallway and seeping through the room doors. My son is highly allergic to the smell so we had to rush him outside to get fresh air before he got any worse.

The hotel/ ****** is truly the only decent thing in town they have a hotel across the street that they own, but it is not the same. ****** towers are nice It’s. not safe for women to cross the street and go to the horseshoe. The ****** should have someone watching the elevators as many people up & down Partying, piling into rooms, one room for 10 people.
They need more help in the Little restaurant coffee shop as they had only 2 waitress on staff and they were very slow. The busser/pre waitress was very sweet and got us our drinks very timely.
Food was Very Tasty and came out fast.
We had a king size bed and enjoyed our room… little dated but had nice bedding the bed was super comfy.
I bought a piece of Art from the gift shop. The young lady on staff was very helpful and friendly.
The young man the checked me in was very polite, helpful and speedy in getting us our keys.
I would definitely go back to stay again.
