THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THER WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE TELEVISION AND LIGHT, THEY PROMPTLY GOT ANOTHER ROOM. ROOM SERVICE WAS GOOD.

Our stay was great but the parking was not because, if you don’t do valet the parking is limited. For price of the hotel they need more parking space available.

This hotel is close to what little nightlife downtown Jackson has. My wife and & I walked back from a club less than a mile away without encountering ... anybody, which feels a little creepy. But we never felt unsafe, & the hotel is situated between Jackson police headquarters & the United States district courthouse, so it doesn't feel risky.
Anyway, if you don't feel like walking, just drive or grab a ride share to your destination. The hotel is fine inside.

THE ENTIRE STAY WAS PLEASANT, COMFORTABLE, AND EXCELLENT AMENITIES. ALSO, THE AREA WAS SAFE, GOOD VALETS, AND BEAUTIFUL STAFF.

Stayed here for 2 nights for business. The hotel was great. Quite new and the rooms, lobby, gym etc were all top class. Check in was a breeze. Room was big enough. Had access to the lounge for breakfast, water and some light snacks. The gym was very nice. Internet speeds were good, however the locality and area around the hotel is deserted and not very safe at night, All the locals folks advised me not to stay in the area or walk alone at night in this area. Great hotel, poor location

Shelby in valet was so awesome! He is very sweet and fast with his service! He complimented when I arrived and opened my door. I didn’t have cash to tip him and he still was so understanding and polite. I promised to leave him a great review online.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others. My daughter, niece, and I traveled from Louisiana to Jackson for a cheerleading competition and we really enjoyed our stay there. From the valet services to check in and check out, the customer service was amazing. The staff was so polite and helpful. The entire hotel was was very clean as well. I will definitely stay again.

Started with Shelby greeting us and parking our car. He started the whole trip off Excellent. He was helpful, kind and friendly and informative. He remembered our need for having our car ready in front of hotel for 6am each day without us asking . He is a very exceptional employee and makes me happy to return again. The rooms were great. Housekeeping was awesome and helpful. All around a great trip because of Shelby's welcoming smile as we arrived!
