The hotel is located downtown Jackson and looks older but once you walk in, it’s nice, clean and welcoming. The bed was sooooo comfortable - we were excited about that.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and odor free. The bed was comfy with plenty of comfortable pillows. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't get in my room, so the staff switched my room from a king with a sitting area to a queen with a chair. And told me I wouldn't be charged. I shouldn't be charged for a down grade, I should get a discount.

Dirty and not well maintained! Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night waking the entire family up. Staff denied it. Terrible experience!
