It’s a huge trap. A hotel that costs more than 4,000 a night is not as good as a Sheraton that costs around 2,000 (lesson: in unfamiliar places, brand chains are more secure)
The room is not like a high-end hotel at all. The room facilities are very very old and the lights are dim. Slippers are not provided (neither are they at the front desk! No one ever asks for slippers...)
The only good thing is that there is a SPA pool...

This is the ONLY place to stay in Jackson, WY. We stayed two nights and the service was excellent. When you walk in the room, you step back in time to the old log cabin feel, luxurious bedding, and a welcoming stuffed bison on your pillow. The location was perfect for our day trips up to Jenny Lake, Yellowstone. Great hotel!!

The interior was rustic with the wood and leather look. Room was clean, a very pleasant aroma was present without being obnoxious. Bathroom was very nice. Not a complaint, per se; but they should include the location of the vending/ice machines on the map on the back of the door.

Overall excellent experience. Excellent bus direct from hotel to teton village. Only downside was no safe in hotel room. Management what is up with that?

Beautiful place really nice staff. Clean and sanitized. We were traveling through Wyoming as tourists and so very glad we found this place!! Could not have been a better stay. Well maintained and friendly!! Beds we’re comfortable and bathroom was tidy
