My family and friends like this historic hotel very much. It has a good location, good facilities, and is clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich in variety and eggs and other dairy products, and the food tastes good.

The service was good, staff friendly and helpful. There was someone else's blood stain on the comforter, very light bed covers and so cold at night, and the bed was not comfortable for either of us. The location was good and we could easily walk to the square. It was quiet and felt secure. Over all not a good value for the cost.

This hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk to the Jackson square and there were plenty of restaurants around to explore. The hotel is super cozy and tidy. The hotel has some older style buildings but you can tell the hotel is slowly doing renovations to make it more modern. Super comfy bed! We would stay here again!

We have stayed in this Hotel four years in a row for skiing. They offer a private bus up to the ski areas and that is a great feature. The location, being downtown, is ideal for exploring shopping and different dining options.
The stay includes breakfast and they keep everything extremely clean.
The only negative we all (group of 7 in 4 rooms) agree on, is that the dressers are very small, only 3 small drawers and especially in the winter we have a lot of layers & clothes. But that won't stop us from future returns.
Price/Value is very good.

Very quiet, 2 entrances to room. One from outside, one from hallway. Very quiet and comfy beds. Parking is very tight and small. Great breakfast and very nice common areas. Not very accommodating to dogs, no trash cans, poop bags or areas for them to do their business.
