Best hotel I have stayed at. The breakfast is delicious and the breakfast girls are very kind and are always so welcoming. The rooms are very clean. Excited that the pool is back open with these hot days lately and they have a refreshing lemonade in the lobby.

The ladies at the front desk and breakfast were wonderful. The only complaint I have is regarding cleaning. The bathroom looked like it had not been touched. There was mold all over the ceiling and walls and the shower had hairs in it. Upon arrival the toilet also had something in it, looked like someone spit in it and didn’t clean nor flush. The window was also open in the room (it was 530pm in February). Other than that everything was well stocked and 10/10 on the breakfast! Not your average continental breakfast!

The hotel was clean, convenient for our trip, and the room was spacious and well laid out. Breakfast was a nice surprise with a very friendly, hostess and good food options. We will stay there again.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff is all very nice, the rooms are very clean, and breakfast is delicious. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use this hotel for future stays. They are very accommodating to request that we ask for before check in.

BW is a great hotel in the area and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and near to the historic downtown area of Jackson. Plenty of activities to do in the surrounding areas. Free breakfast was a plus.
