Made a reservation through *******. Called hotel 30 minutes later to confirm. Hotel had the reservation but no rooms. They had been fully booked for months due to a special event. I asked them to reject the reservation so that I can get a refund from *******. They refused, and told me to call *******. I asked ******* for a refund but nobody at the hotel will answer their calls and their voicemail is full of unanswered complaints. *******'s policy is not to issue refunds without the hotel's approval. Because this hotel is incompetent and evil, they're never going to get that.
