Everything was actually pretty good with the BIG exception of the fact that our room, number 107, had a VERY musty odor which permeated everything in the room, including the pillows and mattress. We didn't ask to change rooms as the desk clerk told us when we checked in that the hotel was basically sold out. I have asthma and the musty smell was problematic for me. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location near the interstate, the room was pretty clean, the breakfast was good, the staff members were friendly, and it would have been a good value except for the odor. Water pressure was a little lacking and they definitely could use a charging station/outlet next to the beds.

Rm 320 had a couple short comings for me on a personal basis but very nice. 3 towel sets for this king room. No freezer in the a little larger than some refrigerators but cold enough to freeze a bottle of water next to the back. light at the desk could be brighter. Other lighting was OK. Needs more 120v outlets on the closet side of the bed, difficult to plug in my CPAP. Breakfast was better than most.

Our room was perfectly clean and the staff was wonderful. We we're minutes away from all the activities we wanted to do. And plenty of food options.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was clean comfortable and specially enjoyed the breakfast was superb. KUDOS to this particular hotel would have loved to have stayed in one like this one in Destin. Keep up the great service.💓♥️

Property was very clean and incredibly comfortable. Room was a very good size, bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was very relaxing.

The house keeping services are horrendous. Multiple days, we had house keeping come by and take all of our towels without replacements. When we asked for new sheet, they would just make the bed with our existing sheets and not refresh anything. For the price of this hotel, this is a JOKE. I can't imagine how filthy these rooms much actually be if the house keeping is this lousy. Would be interesting to see what a black light would reveal... YUCK
