A quick 2 minute walk to the town square. The rooms are modern and clean and there’s a lot of space for putting your things.

I feel like it’s not worth the price. Don’t have breakfast at this hotel. The breakfast I had in the United States was the worst in a month. It cost more than 300 yuan to eat and it was so salty. I drank water all day long.

I've been to Jackson many, many times and have driven past this property more times than I can count. I always thought it was a tiny little place, with no real "curb appeal," but heading back to Jackson in the off season, for one night, I thought I'd check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised! First, they allow dogs- bonus! Secondly, its actually quite a large property with lots of amenities, AND a super cute cafe for breakfast (not included) where I was able to get a cup of overnight oats, and a chai latte for the road. The bed was very comfortable, check in was friendly and quick (much appreciated after a 500+ mile drive) and its perfectly located close to the square which is a 5 minute walk. I'll be back!

The hotel was perfectly located ! All staff are amazing and so helpful. Free shuttle service to and from was fabulous that Jackson hole offers. Your kindness and friendship will never be forgotten. Thank you for an amazing stay ! highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is the noisiest stay I have ever experienced! The conversation in the next room was so clear to me I could have joined in. The footsteps of the upstairs guest, and his children, sounded like stomping cattle. The hotel provided ear plugs, but for the price point, I object to having to wear them.

This is a standard motel and the not the upbeat modern one that is depicted in the pics. There were no cozy blankets or leather chairs. There was also not any outdoor seating other than around the fire pits. The room had broken shower components and bare screws on the walls. The noise was almost unbearable from the floor above. Even with earplugs and the bathroom fan and AC running, I could hear people walking around. The sheets were nice and the beds were comfortable. There were also no safes in the room, which was an issue with a room that opened into a busy outdoor corridor. I asked at the front desk staff if they had safes, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. The restaurant service was great, but the food was plain and they were out of several things. The manager did try to help me by giving me other food, but I would have preferred my money back. And the outdoor hot tub was not hot and didn’t have bubbles. Definitely not worth the almost $400 a night I paid.

Stayed a few years ago when the pool etc was under construction. Came back in May 2024 wow, very impressed. The outside pool and hot tub are really nice with a view. The Triple M lounge is awesome, nice shuffle board table, fireplaces and bar. Rooms are clean with nice toiletries. Walking distance to everything is key! Job well done!
