Red Roof Inn & Suites Jackson, TN

It just had bad cleanliness the bed sheets and towels and what not , I had a chair but no desk for it

The location worked very well for us. There is a waffle house right on the same street. The water pressure was wonderful. would stay again.

Typical Red Roof Inn. The room was in decent shape. The Microwave, Heater and fridge worked. The room was clean. Not much noise. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, orange and apple juice, make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, muffins and other breads but no fresh fruit.

Do not understand negative reviews. Room was clean and people are nice. No complaints.

Had a wonderful stay with no complaints.

We had reservations in another motel in Jackson, and arrived to a room with a broken toilet, and were told they had no other rooms. We started looking elsewhere and when we checked this Red Roof Inn, Mandy went above and beyond to help meet our needs. Great Value. Comfortable.

We booked this hotel because the reviews were pretty good. We typically stay at cheaper places when just passing thru and looking for a place to sleep. I spent the $20 extra over the motel 6 to have a nicer place but that was not the case. Room was absolutely filthy. Inside of door was covered in dirt like someone had been kicking it with dirty shoes. There was black mold on the floor and a broken crack pipe by the edge of the bed on the floor. There were burn holes in the bedding. Tile Base boards were thick with dirt. I’m normally not picky at all. Just need the basics but this place is so bad don’t waste your money.
