Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, West Bend, WI

Unfortunately, it's clear this property is suffering, either from lack of good management or lack of quality staffing. The room was disgustingly dirty as well as having many things in poorly maintained condition. Our room had thick black grime on all floors, plus dust/lint/strings/and hair every where (there's no way the vinyl/tile floors have been cleaned in ages), grimy exposed sink pipes, leaking faucet, extreme dust clogged air vents, blood stained shower curtain, sticky surfaces, especially the microwave and fridge cabinet doors and handles, dead bugs in the window sill area, smelly (unclean?) bed covers, stained arm chair, just so filthy dirty, to the point it felt unhealthy/unsafe. Completely unsatisfactory. I filled the front desk personnel in at check out. She said she'd inform her manager and they would follow up with me. I haven't heard from anyone yet. I feel we deserve a refund. No one should have to pay for a room like this. In addition, the morning breakfast area was also dirty/sticky, and largely unattended to. I've never left a negative or unsatisfactory review anywhere before. This was completely unacceptable, especially at this price point.

I was having a wonderful stay until this morning. I am in room 310. I just got done swimming and was changing out of my swimming suit. I was standing there completely naked when a women and a toddler were able to open my door with a key card. Ive never seen them a day in my life. I called the front desk. The lady said she would check into it. She calls me back and told me there was nothing on the camera. I am completely sober for one and for two I dont have hallucinations. I am completely upset about this whole situation. So much so that I will never give this hotel business again. Who was able to open my door while I was sleeping? I did not appreciate the way the front desk lady handled this situation at all. I ended up hanging up on her. I am a woman alone in my hotel room and now my anxiety is through the roof. Karen who checked us in was absolutely amazing though. She is a great worker.

We had fantastic service at the front desk. Our only complaint was that nothing was really cleaned in our room (sink, toilet, etc) during our three night stay.

Friendly staff, quite, clean rooms.

Asked for third floor. Gave us second floor. Had a guy above us walking loudly and rolling the desk chair continually over the vinyl floor till 2:30 am. Only got 2 hours of sleep the whole night. Never got back to sleep after 2:00am !!!! Not Happy!

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a multi-week road trip. Our room was ready when we arrived, and it was spacious and clean. The sheets were a bit threadbare and the towels were somewhat worn. But the beds were comfortable. The ice machine is on the first floor.

Stay good, When we got our bills. They where cheaper than this app.

Horrible hotel. We checked in the afternoon but had a family event so we didn't come back until late. The next morning I went to open our curtains and found them shredded. Pulled out our desk chair and it was in horrible shape. Even questioned if there was a battery in the smoke alarm as the little light did not flash the entire time we were there. When I mentioned it to the front desk all I got was oh well I will let the manager know. Can't believe they did not know about the curtains. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.
