The electrical outlet did not work. Of course I could not call the front desk to report this , because the phone didn’t work in the room. Forget trying to regulate the temperature in the room. Pressing the power button is how I assumed to turn on the ac/heater unit in the room. Wrong! You actually go the electrical outlet where it is plugged in, press a button there, wiggle the cord just right, and it will come on. The attendant on duty had to come up and show me how to use it. This could potentially be a decent place to stay, but they need to work on their electrical problems!!

The elevator was broke the television had a lot of static it only gave 13 channels. None of them were good. The bathrooms and rooms are very small. The beds were hard. the staff was nice, but I would not suggest this place

The front desk attendants were really nice and friendly. The beds are as hard as rocks. We didn’t sleep well at all. Woke up and my back and everything is hurting. And my neck. Stayed here several times in the past but we will never stay here again.

All was fine. However, for the quality of this hotel chain, I would have expected at least a box of Kleenex/tissues in the room.
Also, the Continental Breakfast is kind of a let-down compared to the hot breakfasts offered at lesser motel/hotel chains.
